Mortgage loan officer?
What are the requirements to become a mortgage loan officer or processor?Answers: It depends on where you live. In plentiful states the requirement to becoming a loan officer is just signing up near a broker, who is supposed to educate and guide you (not other they really do). Some states, such as Maryland, (and there is a trend towards it, but a slow one) require license, which means a course (40 hours within Maryland), a test usually, and mixed fees and registration with the governing authority. While it might be set to that in license states know-how by loan officers is greater, the differences between loan officers are sizeable enough that it doesn't really event.
Here is a source for requirements for becoming a processor:

By the way, most are going away the business now, due to the credit crunch and much lower volume. Therefore, it is a obedient time to start and be positioned to when it goes up again (and it is going up contained by refinancing activity).
The requirements vary state to state. Do a Yahoo go through as follows:
mortgage broker licensing (your state)
You should know how to find the information very well.
Good luck,

My HOA say its $50 to look at in that receipts of money spent. Is that nouns right?
In a nuthsell im trying to find out where the money is going for my HOA. I asked to see the history of what they spend the money on. They told me there is the budget index I could look at. I told them that i have that but i want to verify to be exact where the money is going and they told me it wold be $50 to look at thee archives of that (they may of even said there be more fees then that). Does that nouns right, can they do that?Answers: Sounds VERY fishy to me.
"Homeowners who feel shut out should first write a missive to the board formally requesting access to the records, suggests Debra Bass, a spokeswoman for the Community Associations Institute. If the board is still mum, "ask for a memorandum from the association attorney that explains why you can't see the records," she add. And if you still aren't satisfied next to the board's response, move somewhere else, or hire a lawyer and sue."
The $50 sounds ridiculous, but if its within the rules and regulations, so be it. I would ask to see the audit or the year-end unaudited financial statements. However, most HOA's don't have financial audits perform. If there is financial fraud occurring, the unaudited statements or annals probably won't reveal the fraud.
If all else fail, you could try to get elected to the Board of Directors/Trustees.
It sounds approaching a fee to be paid copies of the books. Anytime you request copies, the outfit has the rigt to charge a duty for the time and materials needed to provide the copies.
They are not going to let you come within and sit at the computer to go through things (books are kept on the computer in a minute adays). The budget report will tell you where on earth the money goes, but not the specific details of the transactions. For that they will entail to make you copies.
HOA are usually required to show a budget and distribute out a copy about once per year.if they sent you a copy and you lost it, they can charge you for a replacement.
They can also charge you for a unusual copy of C&R.
If you are sending money in, why can't you attain a copy of the cancelled check and see where the money be deposited?
If you made the check out to your HOA, then I founder to see how the money could have terminated up in another story.
Keep in mind, your request is particularly odd. Why do you ponder that YOUR DUES are being singled out vs adjectives of the other residents?
What should I do about always hearing my neighbors have sex in the bathroom, My son and I live in a apartment.
Answers: Ask the apartment manager if there is another unit available. You shouldn't tolerate your son being witness to such bull$hit
Unfortunately there isn't much you can do
sorry
You can't ask them to stop, that is an infringement on privacy. You could always use a box fan in the bathroom and that should drown them out.
Then you should look for another place to live. It is essentially your problem, not theirs since they are adults and in their home.
I hope you get some peace somehow soon.
Good luck!
