Moving!! Where do we find a suitable people home surrounded by San Diego??
Looks like we might be moving to San Diego shortly. My husband will be working at San Diego State, and I am a stay at home mom of 4 little ones. We involve a good own flesh and blood neighborhood. My husband will not mind a drive, he is from NYC so it is normal for him!!:-) We also own 2 dogs, and need a patio and room! Houses only, no condos, apt. ect. Preferrably underneath $250,000. Please let me know the areas to stay away from as very well! Know the good school?(oldest in Kindergarten)Thanks for the give a hand!! Any answers you can provide will be great!
Answers: San Diego is a high cost nouns. Not as bad as New York City or LA but it is giant. You are not going to find a good house contained by a good neighborhood for underneath $400,000 anywhere near SDSU
If you really don't mind the commute I would look at houses surrounded by the Bonita neighborhood ( 20 miles south and east of San Diego State, near the border) or north from Poway (23 miles) to Temecula (60 miles)
Note: Traffic is atrocious anywhere essential rush hour which is 2.5 hours long morning and evening and 1-2 hours near lunch time.
Is it true That to qualified for jumbo loan, I have to prove income and apposite gain, except than I stuck?

You are not alone in this one. If you can variety your payments keep the loan till souk conditions change. Your simply other alternative is to call the hill that has your loan and ask for a Note Modification. They may only just change the loan for you lacking forcing you to refinance. In the future bring back a better loan officer. You baught too much house.
Forget the 30 YEAR fixed and go for a 7/1 ARM. ING Mortgage is offering a 5.5% 7/1 ARM I.O. SINA next to over a 700 FICO. All these other Loan Officers and Brokers don't have anything to bestow you because they don't work with adjectives the banks I do. This is a great loan and like one that I have on my home contained by Orange County, CA.
