Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

Is it true that if your innkeeper doesnt allow pets you hold to find rid of them?

my uncle had a dog and lived contained by the same building im living within now. i want to gain a small dog but my mom says that the hotelier made my uncle give it away or he would throw him out. my boyfriend say the landlord cant do that b/c that's why we recompense rent .

Answers: without a contract, your innkeeper can makeup rules as he pleases. i'd try to move.
Look up the landlord/tenant agreement. He can't force you to give up a dog or pet, unless:

1) It's a dicey animal to others (dog attacks someone).

2) Someone has an allergy to the dog (only potential in a shared aeration system, not an apartment building).

3) The dog is excessively noisey (not the occasional bark, the dog that never stops, adjectives day and adjectives night).

Its on the landlord to prove it to a tribunal, he can't a short time ago force you or the dog out.

This is for Ontario/Canada.
Depend on the lease agreement that you sign, some landlords allow pets at an additional cost to the deposit and the rent. Others say-so that they do not allow pets at all. It sounds similar to your landlord does not allow pets of any type. If you want a small dog, afterwards you will have to move.

Without have a house appraised, Is near any process to share If I am getting my money's worth?

We're buying from an uncle that is selling for $56K and some fine-tuning. He just wishes rid of it.

Answers: If you are getting a mortgage then you will enjoy to have an appraisal as division of your closing cost. If not and you do not want an appraisal then you may want to return with a real estate professional price inference and at least you may quality better about your choice. You can look at your county's duty roll and see what other homes in the nouns are assessed at...that would give you an thought of what homes have be selling for in the later couple of years. As a Realtor, I would always suggest a written contract, appraisals and any inspections that may be needed. Good Luck!
Sounds similar to a good deal. Why not use a solid estate agent or attorney anyway (will be a fee within this case). You can get comps done for the nouns and an agent would have plenty experience on walk through to own a good guesstimate. I'd also strongly recommend a home inspection--I doubt you're getting taken, but you should know what you are getting yourself into within any case. Also if you do that NOW that should give support to prevent bad morale IF there is a money pit problem or two.

There have to be properly done paperwork and if this is WAY under the true merit, there will be a GIFT issue as well--though that will affect your uncle's import tax situation more than yours.

Best not to do real estate deal without at the vastly least a qualified indisputable estate agent and in this defence, a real estate advocate would be good sense.
Unless you are paying brass, an appraisal will be required. Even if you're paying cash, enjoy it appraised anyway. Always good to know what it is worth.

Houses might enjoy sold for 120k in 2004, but if the values hold dropped and are expected to continue dropping, you could be getting screwed here.
Have it apraised. Unless you are paying dosh, the bank is going to require an appraisal.

Does anyone know of a house rental agency in AZ, Phoenix area that doe snot require a rental check?

Answers: Why would you want to rent Doe Snot?
Rental agencies have a contract with the property owners to try to assure that the person they rent to pays their bills. You are not likely to find an agency irresponsible enough to rent without checking your history. You may find a naive private owner though.
