Who owns the copyright to estate agents photos?
I sold my house recently and the unsullied buyer had put it backbone on the market using duplicate estate agent and the same photo's beside all my furniture contained by.Do I have a right to the photo's?
Answers: Nope - you signed over your rights to them when you signed the agents contract of public sale.
That is weird, to see your house near all your furniture within it.
I would say that the estate agent owns them if they took the inventive photos, and you would have given blessing in the first place. It's similar to someone taking a photo of a celebrity and sending it to a broadsheet, the celebrity have no say within the matter and ownership and adjectives copyright goes to the unmatched bidder.
I would speak to the estate agent and ask for them to be updated.
Nope. The pictures belong to the agent.
She took them with her camera, beside your permission, and in attendance was no written agreement between you and her on how she could use them.
However, to generate you feel better...can you create in your mind how pissed off a buyer is going to be when they step foot within the house and find out the house is not what the MLS described?
Realtors can play that game, but it doesn't work to their benefit, and it will emulate in the contribute.
People make offer based on what they SEE, not what is surrounded by the picture.
Don't stress over it.
Ground rent and Free hold?
Guy's,We have be in our house immediately for 8 yrs and have never salaried Ground rent, the lady who lived here previously us said it was collected upto give or take a few a year or so before she put it up for mart.
We went to our solicitor who get in touch next to the people who own the manor and they told us it wasn't worth them collecting as the land be split across the whole clan and no one be bothered about collecting the rent, it be only a few quid a year if anything.
Where do we stand, as I would close to the land my house is on to be free hold so its unproblematic for us to sell contained by the future.
Thanks for any suggestion.
Answers: Quite simply you can ask to buy the 'freehold' from the landowners but it is entirely up to them how much they can ask.
You can ask to buy the freehold but i dont think it make any difference when selling your home (as long as your lease has more than 50 years on it and even if it doesnt its flowing to get it extended).
Do you know give or take a few any apposite three month lease apartment contained by Louisville,Ky?
I need it solely for three months because of the job contract. Most of the time you can singular rent for six months and the options for three months are not that so much noticeable.
Thank you.
Answers: I live in Louisville and don't know of any 3 month lease, but as a Realtor I know EVERYTHING is negotiable. The rock-hard part is speaking to the edict maker and knowing what is prerequisite to overcome the issue. I suggest you reexamine the places that offer 6month lease and offer 25% more rent for the shorter contract. If you are still out of luck at hand is always the "extended stay" hotels. Feel free to email me (after picking my anser as best).
