Third Party Check?

My husband and I sold our house and recieved a 46,000.00 Check at the closing. We didn't buy a new house. We talk about putting the money within our savings accout until we agree on where be going to live. He was basically starting a new available job and wasn't sure how it was going to shift. He was on his opening to the bank and asked me to sign the hindmost of the check. He then took it to a different sandbank and opened an details in his own nickname. THIS ISN'T right. I called the ridge and they do not even accept third delegation checks. Does any one know what i can do about this?? i be going to go near with the statement and own them pull a copy of that check and see if they'll put my dub on that account also. any thoughts on this?? We enjoy had numerous problems contained by our marriage and he have expressed wanting to get divorced, but wont directory because he doesn't want me to get 1/2 of anything. Nor does he wan't me to wallet, so he's trying to keep the money from me. I own to pay a bill and he's wont permit me pay it.

Answers: Well if you BOTH sold the house it is possible that BOTH your names be on the check so it is not really a 3rd party check. It would be a 3rd shindig check if only YOUR NAME be on it. At this point it might be time to see a lawyer. Collect as much paperwork as you can showing that the check existed and for what amount and that it be deposited in an description that you cannot access.
The 1st thing which you did wrongly is to sign the check. After collection of sale proceeds, as long as their is Joint Tenancy Ownership in the flat which you sold, it is mandatory for the lolly proceeds to be transfered into a Joint All Savings Account.

What he did is to transfer the money from the cohesive all vindication into his personal account. As long as both the signatures are on the check, the verbs is allowed.

I suggest you & your hubby to see a marriage counsellor for your wedding before file for a divorce. But just surrounded by case of a divorce, please be aware that beside effect from Jan 2008, after the house is sold, the wife has the right to help yourself to the husband's share of the CPF proceeds.

Low income housing?

how does a person dance about reporting someone who is claiming a child that does not live beside them and has a manly friend living there/

Answers: section 8? any the housing authority or the da. They do investigate welfare fraud although they only generate them refund the toll payers money.
if you are a landlord, you own the right to give a reminder of eviction because she is not living under her contract. We have one like that formerly, she said her son was the solitary one living with her, and here were close to 5 of them there. So we get on it. Or you may have to move things around on the lease, unless this guy is problem, and they usually are. If you're not a landlord, next you need to convey them about it...Only they can do something.

Is it possible to catch out of a realtor's contract.?

I hired a realtor to sell my house. 45 days after that he has showed it to nobody and done terribly little other than posting the MLS attach. In the mean time a character whom had a previous nterest within the house has indicated he is equipped to buy asap. The buyer says he have called the realtor and he have not gotten a return call. The buyer will retribution my bottom line asking price but not including the realators fees.

Answers: Yes but near is usually a clause in the contract that states if you retract early and provide the home within X number of days (usually 30-90) you will still owe a commission. I would try discussion with the broker (as your contract is near them not the agent) and see what he can do to get things going as you may already enjoy a buyer.
Unless you specifically added that person as a previous contact to your index contract then you will enjoy a difficult time getting out of your contract.

You don't say if any other physical estate agents have shown your house. If it is planned in the MLS and NO ONE have looked at your house then that would indicate it isn't in recent times a case of your agent ruined your house.
Call your agents BROKER immedialty. Your realtor/agent actually represents the broker and your contract is also beside the broker.

The broker will want to know what is happening
If this buyer become interested in the home while you be under contract near the listing agent, and if this creature found the home through that agent, he is owed a commission. His job be to produce a ready, of a mind and able buyer, which he did.

I would plainly contact his broker if he is being a schmuck and not returning high-status calls. Your contract is near the broker, not the agent. The broker should be made aware that he has a moron out here dirtying up his company's name. Call the brokerage, insist on speaking to the broker of journal immediately. Use phrases close to - No He cannot call me spinal column, I will hold. If he is in a talk I will hold until I hear his voice on the line because I am cracked as hell, etc.

When you speak to him, tell him your current agent is kaput out, and you need another agent surrounded by his office to complete the transaction.

As far as getting out of the contract, it's possible, but he will almost for sure come after you for a commission in this luggage, and in adjectives likelyhood, he will win. Pay him.
