I enjoy a shadey situation concerning some citizens I am renting a room to, what should I do?
The guy, Anh Tuan, was the one who originally call me to see the room. He explained that he was helping his womanly cousin, Diep, to find a place in LA formerly he went hindmost to San Francisco. After seeing the room, the two seemed exceedingly interested in the place. He seem to do all the conversation while she quietly smiled approvingly (perhaps her English be not that good). The next light of day, I got a hail as from him (area code: 415) confirming that Diep wanted the room and that he would come unite me later that hours of daylight to give me the deposit. Diep and Anh Tuan showed up contained by a black Ford Focus outside of my office (where I asked them to come across me) and Diep wrote me a check for $714 and signed the Rental Agreement; I gave her a switch. He said they would be moving her in the subsequent day, Friday. I in half a shake deposited the check which has cleared by today (Sunday). However, I own not heard from any of them since that day, and Anh Tuan's cell phone is never on. Should I make over my locks? call the cops? etc...?Answers: From an outsiders standpoint it doesn't nouns too shady. They paid you the money and you give her the key. You hold to look at it as shes an adult..she can come and progress when she pleases and move in for that thing. Maybe something came up and plans changed. Since shes already gotten the switch theres really no need for her to phone call you if she wans't moving in on Friday. I would endow with it a few more days and see what happens.
She compensated the deposit. And you gave her the push button. It is not up to you when she decides to move contained by. Perhaps she is busy. Or perhaps she is surrounded by another lease. So what?
FYI - Not trying to sound lippy here, but possibly it would be in your best interest to do a environment check on the people you rent to up to that time you deposit their check.
I am sure he WAS in a rush if he be leaving for San Fran, she doesn't speak much English, and he needed to find her a place since he left town.
Not lone do I agree with the other posters but I want to put in a bit more...if I had rented a room from you and have paid surrounded by advance and you have cashed my check and then when I come back my switch did not work because you changed the locks, you would find yourself in small claims court owing double or even triple what I salaried to you in damages.
I bet everyones english will add to when they are explaining to the judge how they be back contained by wherever prone to a sick grandma etc.
Would you have feel better if they would have go to goodwill and purchased $20.00 worth of junk to touch your 'move in' requirements?
If they paid for the room, they own the right to have access to it or YOU will wages dearly for denying it

Price estimates..? Horses, nurture, houses, acreages and so on...?
I need to estimate the price of a few things and after together or so. My house is 850 sq ft in Abbotsford BC and have a fairly big patio, how much do you think the house would provide for? How much do you think an acreage/farm something like 2 acres or so would be with a clad house near or within Abbotsford BC? Also how much does a horse eat every month? 1 bail? 2? 3? How much does a bail cost? Is it bale or bail? Lol. Next, what are some righteous websites to find acreages/farms in your nouns. And some good websites to find horses for mart or free. Thanks!Answers: If you don't know the answers to these questions already I would not recommend getting horses. Horses are ungodly expensive animals. The cost of bales of hay is going to swing depending on the area. A horse eat all morning long (grazing) they also need to be feed 3 times per day. 2 acres is adequate rom for 1 horse, which means you'll hold to get another animal to maintain it company , maybe a goat. If you want more than one horse you're going to hold more land than 2 acres. If you're strange with horses, conceivably you should join a riding stable for awhile, after if it's something you like possibly purchase a horse and own him boarded at a facility. A horse is not a pet, it's a lifestyle and it requires alot of sacrifice, if you have horse you can forget something like oging away for the weekend, or even a night. They are 400 lb babies.
