desperately need to relocate. husband contained by school. wife 8 mos preggers. 3 kids beneath 5.Answers: As far as i know, every city has what's call a housing authority, a state-run entity that helps individuals find affordable housing. look up the city you want to move to(on the web), and search low income housing lend a hand.

I recently relocated from Michigan for a better brief opportunity in Charleston, SC. My opening in Michigan wasn't going to later long.I signed a lease for 13 months in Michigan of $1030 per month. Here contained by this new place the rent is $1225 per month. My lease surrounded by MI isn't up until March31 08, I cannot keep both places, The leasing organization told me that I have to preserve paying until March 31st 08. It's not possible for me to do that. Please minister to.Answers: Read your MI lease - it should have a clause to break it. Usually you hold to pay a cost of 1 or 2 months rent. If your lease does not have that oral communication - would they be willing to negotiate that?
If your lease does not enjoy any kind of clause close to that- call the property manager's corporate organization and see if you can get any assistance within. Will they be willing to permit you break the lease if you agree to pay a cost.
If that does not work - can you sublease?

A lease is a contract, and it has a starting date and an end date. You agreed to both of those dates when you signed it.

What states tender cheap rent to buy housing?
I am looking to relocate, I'm not a hefty earner. I'm a teacher , but I'd close to to be able to secure at least a 2-3 bedroom rural home beside garage for under $1000 a month. The lower the better. I've be looking at different states. Went down to Texas and it was too congested to me. Housing seem very small for such a big state. Florida and Utah seem out of my league. Georgia and North Carolina seem ok. Perhaps North dakota be the cheapest. I'deally I'd like a reheat climate, but at this point I just want a livelihood and place I can afford and call home.Answers: Northern NV, Eastern MT, most of WY.
You are going to inevitability to stick to very small, rural areas to capture anything that cheap.
