Renting a private house to community housing or council?
i have hear from my brother in regulation that it is possible to rent a house you own to a community housing association or local council and that they will pay you a set rent every month and will return the property vertebrae to you at the end of the contract within the same condition that we rented it them. is this right and if so what sympathetic of rent can we expcet? has anyone get first hand experience of this? who will be resposnible for repairs to the property and what class of insurance..if any...will we need?thx surrounded by advnace
Answers: If you wish to nontoxic guard your let property could I suggest renting it to one of the following:
Forces - If you find any problems just dispatch a letter to the individuals commanding officer.
Police - Same as above.
I know the forces are other after properties to rent as theirs are in such a state at the moment.
i would speak firstly its a personal choice,is the house a family home?ie;cherished?or is the home an investment?
not to be a snob but you may risk destruction to your property if the wrong people move contained by, and i would imagine you gain more control over who moves in going through an letting agent.

Do you regard an 800 sq ft apartment is big adequate for two relations?
I don't know anything about what to look for when serching fro an apartment. Especially since the apartment is surrounded by Virginia and I live in California. I don't enjoy the time or money to go and see it surrounded by person. What would you say aloud was an appropriate size for two? How lots sq ft would you be looking for? Help me please!Answers: My ex bf and I shared a 750 sq.ft. apt. It has 1 bedroom, 1 tub, 1 kitchen, 1 living room/dining room, 3 closets, 1 storage space. It was small, but we be comfortable. The only point I didn't like be the closet space. We could have used another closet or larger closets. Our closets and storage space be stuffed full. When my ex moved out, I spread all my stuff around. Now, I don't know how we both fit surrounded by there. I suppose when you move contained by a small space together and that's all you hold to work with, you bring in it work. The good article with renting is that most lease are for a year. If you're not happy near the apartment, you can just pick up and move to something better subsequent year.
800 Sq ft is barely life-size enough for 1 being. That basically a studio (living/bedroom, bathroom, and tiny kitchen). You will own to be able to tolerate the other personality very all right.
GO large as you can, beside whatever your budget is.
Thats a typical size for a 1-2 bedroom apartment. I hold a townhouse thats 795sqft and its a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. And the bedrooms are right size.
If this is a newer apartment complex they should be able to furnish you a floor plan that will have the dimensions of the rooms timetabled. Ask the properties manager for one.
I dont know much in the region of sq footage, but it also depends on what u mean by 2 those.. are you guys a couple; or is it a friend? A couple would take up method less room consequently a 2 seperate people that are a short time ago room mates (a couple merely has 1 bed; if u be living with a friend, it would be 2 bed, etc)
800 seems close to a decent number. My small bedroom in a minute is 99 square foot and I have ample for queen bed, entertainment center, desk, bookcase, and a bar; So 100 foot can go a long track.
