I enjoy a hm contained by Orange County FL & moved to TN. Will I automatically lose my homestead exemption? Owe pay for levy?
I rent the home in FL since Oct 2007. Plan on conceivably moving back to it surrounded by the next few years. I did not purchase a home contained by TN--we rent in TN. I own a TN license. FL voter registration just sent me a request to verify whether I live at same address. I be planning on keeping FL as my "permanent and official address" but now I am confused if specifically even possible. My tax guy said to database taxes in FL and not to register to vote within TN but does that mean my 1099 forms stipulation to state the FL address? Plus, my husband registered to vote in TN. Answers: I believe Yahoo pulls from the MLS just like every other major real estate site. They may only upload data once a week so if you’ve launched a listing in the last few days, it may be a few more before you see it here.

Answers: Unless you have children you are not very likely to qualify for low income housing. You are low income by choice and no one else is effected by your choice.
