In California, how do you find a list of property foreclosures in your area for FREE?
Answers: Hud has a great site this is the link
http://www.hud.gov/homes/homesforsale.cf...
Try this I have found tons for foreclosures here
Happy hunting
there probably is not ONE master list for free = that takes time and money to put together - whoever compiles such a list is going to want to be paid for it - start by calling larger banks and see if they have any foreclosed properties for sale = they may also be already listed with regular real estate agents also
Home Foreclosure Question...?
15+ years ago, the average home was a modest 3 bedroom house beside about 1600-1900 sq. ft. and be priced between $75-$100K.In the last 15 years (worst contained by the last 5 years), fresh homes being constructed are presently 4 bedroom and 2300+ sq. ft + much more, and starting in the low $290's? That's low to who?
These huge home, huge developments are popping up adjectives over the place, with no appendage in verbs, and people are still buying them. When is satisfactory, enough? Do relatives really need that formal dinning room, more bedroom, formal living room, 4 full bathrooms and 4 car garages?
The builders are a highest part of the problem. The greed get stronger and stronger, so they build bigger and bigger. Next, it will be "in the low $400's K".
Basically, if the problem is that big, why are builders still building monstrosities? Does the average ethnic group of 4 now respectively require 600 sq. ft. of living space to live comfortably?
More modest, affordable houses should replace what their building now.
Answers: Yes it have started to change general public with a better financial grasp
of the housing flea market understand more home isn't better.
Appreciation is over next to in the short permanent status and this boom has busted. When the greedy be in the marketplace people over build.
Now that the bubble have burst you will see things reverse a bit for some time time of year. Wait and see. Those bigger homes are on the market seriously longer then they be 30 months ago.
Supply and Demand they build em if there are buyers. When the buyers evaporate the building stops.
This over supply will final several years before things stabilize. These larger homes individual built are already seeing there numbers dwindling.
I agree 4000 sqft is too much for me. I live in 2200 sqft and still perceive like I am surrounded by a castle. Then again I am double income no kids so I still have over 1000 sqft for respectively person contained by my home. Its money driven if people can afford they want it.
Well, I take what your saying...Most famlies don't NEED adjectives that room...but, some families do. So, building bigger houses is better for those big family.
People need the extra space for plenty of things...what if they plan on expanding their ethnic group? What if something suddenly happened where on earth they would need to move a friend or relative contained by?...
Also, the market is surrounded by the middle of a HUGE crash, and houses are droping from $350,000 all the process down to $200,000. I am currently house hunting, and a house in expert is a 5-6 bedroom, 2 bath, 2,500 sq foot home and it be a $325,000 home priced at $209,900, and to this day still isn't selling...
Builders are one and only willing to build what populace are willing to buy, and perspective have changed on what’s legitimate.
My husband & I keep chitchat about how amazing it be that our parents each raise three kids in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom fruit farm style home. We just bought a similarly sized home to our parents’, but beside 2.5 bathrooms (because I lost the ability to share somewhere along the way). Right very soon with only the two of us, it’s a good sized house. Add a couple of junior culture, and it’s going to get claustrophobic brisk. I won’t be buying new construction, but I’ll indeed be trading up in 5-6 years.
capably mate life is a bit approaching that and familys do need big homes ,children own different needs at the present time so ,hence the money comes with it and the voluminous homes ,and all that comes next to it .its called comfort!!
How do i find out if someone died in my house over the computer?
Answers: you just mean died sometime in the distant past? probably not online - you'd have to go to county courthouse and find out all previous owners of property and then look in newspapers on microfilm for those time periods and look for death notices or articles about those people
you could just ask your landlord
