My wife and I file for liquidation, should we be added to the title of my parent's home?

Parents are leaving and my household & I moved into their house. If we filed for Ch. 11 would the house be contained by any danger or would adding together the children's names surrounded by lieu be a smarter move? Please inform, thank you!

Answers: Get legal warning.
Why the big rush to do anything concerning your PARENT's home title?

Never add a minors, if the kids are below 18, name to a house creation.
Do not add adjectives beneficiaries' names to the title.I'm assuming that your parents may set off the house to you after they're gone...in probate you'd lose the step-up cost justification and end up have to pay gain from the original purchase price to FMV today...not apt and easily avoidable.

Leave the title surrounded by your parents' names single
Do neither.

Leave the house in your parent's name.

1. You don't want your children to have that much control over where on earth you live. I have see cases where parents did that and the "children" be able to successfully evict the parents.

2. If you own assets with putting the house contained by your name, that must be reported to the ruin court, and that could change the entire collapse.

Home loans for nation next to no credit to impossible credit?

I am in stipulation of a home loan but I have no credit from 2 reporting companies and fruitless from 1. I have 20% of the purchase price of the home, but can't come across to find anyone to finance me I also own a co-signer (not co-borrower). I need a hook up near some one that can still get sub-prime loans through. Does anyone know of a company that can assistance even with the lend crack down?

Answers: Why not let your co-signer buy the home and after you rent from them? Since you are asking them to hold financial responsibility you should also give them some of the equity. Because this is a allowed matter you inevitability a promissary note / contract so you and your co-signer are covered. They may be capable of qualify not only for the loan but do so at a lower interest rate than you qualify for. An oral contract is not satisfactory for this kind of arrangement. Sure you can find a loan beside bad or no credit but the interest rate will copy it. Make 100% sure you can afford not only the home but the taxes, looking after, insurance, PMI and everything else that goes next to a mortgage. Consider financing for 15 years instead of 30 and make bi weekly payments to discharge off even more rapidly. There are so many homes going into foreclosure... clear sure yours isn't going to be one of them. Go with a fixed rate mortgage and net sure you can afford what you get into... not what your realtor tell you that you can afford.
Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however near exists a solution. I will hereby talk from my personal experience. I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first, a right place to start in my humble view is astraight to the point ebook with ask and answer I found : http://www.counselingcreditcarddebt.com

Can she record a police report?

My roommates and I rented a property from a property management company for a one year lease. They conducted a move within inspection stating the condition of the house and materials in the house. Upon the termination of the lease, we have a move out inspection done which was standard. Now the owner of the property have told the property management company that we stole items from the house, items that we have never seen within the property and that she was going to folder a police report on us. Being that she had not nominated any items to the property management company and they did not enjoy any record of the items she is accusing us of, does she enjoy any grounds to accuse us of items mortal stolen from the property even though none of us have taken or retract those items being within the property?

Answers: When they file the police report, find an attorney and directory a defamation of guise suit, as well as a libel suit. Punitive damages surrounded by the high 900k selection. Stick it to them!!
Any one can file a police report. It is one and only a report, it means nil more. It does not mean you did or did not steal said items.

She have to have a police report for insurance.

As you did not articulate what the items are it hard to guess what will ensue.
No she doesn't.

I do hope you reviewed the initial walk-through and if there be things listed that wasn't contained by the home, that you either have them crossed out or removed before you signed.

I also regard you need to nick the lease to an attorney and send her a communiqu¨¦ reminding her that it is a crime to file to misrepresent a police report.

An attorney would probably do that for you for around $50...that is a HECK of alot cheaper than have to defend yourself surrounded by court.
You can't be arrested, but you can be sued. In defense, all you'll inevitability is the documentation of the move in and move out inspection. as long as the items are not mentioed surrounded by the papers, you can not be held responsible for them. She has to prove you have possesion of them, if she can't, she'll lose.

I agree with the first answer also, database a counter claim for defamation.
