Can a tenant tramp into your apartment, and can they charge a guest rent?

my fiance lives in arkansas and his tenant wants to charge me rent for visit him for my 2 weeks holidays and his landlord also walk into the appartment and into his locked room when ever they want too. is this legal within the state of arkansas?


Answers: He can not enter the apartment, but can require you to sign the lease. Two weeks makes you a resident, not a guest.

How is he trying to charge you rent? Rent is a set amount of money that is agreed upon when the lease is signed. He cant merely say oh you owe so much more money for you one there. That is evil.

A landlord have to have a sense for coming into the apartment, to fix something that you requested be fixed or in travel case of an emergency (the apartment is on fire) other than that they hold no right to be in your apartment.
