I bought my house about 5 months ago. There is a different house I choice I had bought instead. How various people completion up wishing they any :1) did not buy the house they did?
2) bought a different house?
3) didn't buy a house at all?
Answers: I am building my home presently. I did it for the exact reasons you are consciousness. I kept looking at homes and while nice, I always found a few things I despised. Kitchen was too small, the bedrooms too small, the neighborhood too loud, etc. So when I found the neighborhood and the floorplan I like, that is when I made the verdict.
But, I think that you hold to stop thinking about the other house and form yours into a home. Give your house a shot without have "house envy". I have see other homes that might have a nicer countertops, bigger backyard, nice faucets, etc. but my house is my house. That alone makes it the best house for me.
I bought my huse around 7 months ago and as soon as I walk into it I knew it be the one. And I still love it.

Even though everything is underneath warranty for the 1st year we have have nothing but problems, singular plus here is the contractor does his best to get things fixed for me.
At least possible I know what we need to do subsequent time we build, we have academic a great deal of things, and hopefully beside all that have gone wrong we can help others by not making matching mistakes!!
