i have two cats and a dog and im trying to rent adjectives the landlords i have asked to outlook their property have said that the cats are fine but i cant hold a dog why is this as he will spend most of his time outside and the cats most of their time inside making a nuisence of themselves? any ideas i know its their articulate in the come to an end just i cant see the logic contained by it. i even offered to pay an extra lb100 a month so i could enjoy the dog but they have adjectives said no.Answers: I allow pets, but not that many.
Cats tend to pee on the runner and it has to be replaced. It can not be cleaned.

Outside dogs kill the grass by urinating on it, verbs holes, and may destroy fencing. In the US several vicious breeds are not covered by our insurance and it is easier to say "no dogs" after what breed. While I allow dogs I have be lied to many times and a pit bull shows up on my property (the dog go or I evict with a vengence).
I'm not sure what your query is but your solution is to find a dog-friendly landlord I'm afraid.

Dogs do chew furniture, they can wee or poo on carpet, they have fleas and move dogs hairs everywhere. I am a dog lover but if I be renting out a house I wouldn't rent it to anyone with dogs any. You will find someone who can accommodate you but it'll take time and pushiness.
Landlords will generally not believe you roughly speaking pets and go by the assumption that your dog will chew and wreck everything. My answer is a bit iffy but it always works for me,
Get your friend to look after you dog til you enjoy moved in, after inform the landlord you own inherited a dog (ill relative maybe), zilch you can do about it but it will stay outside, and be apologetic for any inconvenience this might result in. Even offer to speak to the neighbours so the dog does not disturb them...
The hotelier is very unlikely to ask you to move out if you enjoy been paying your rent in good time. .. as putting the place up for rent again will only cost them money. This will just work if you didn't ask the landlord if it be ok to have a dog until that time you moved in..
Its a crappy passageway to do it but sometimes you have no choice, I've have to do this so many times as most landlords voice no to all pets full stop.
I feel the logic in it derives from several viewpoint on dogs:
* they make more "smell" than any other domestic animals, to the extent it is extremely noticable if there is / just now has be a dog living in a house. This could potentially put sour tennants later down the column.
* they do damange furtinure and fixtures.
* they are much more prone to make rumbling and annoy neighbours. A sensible landlord is other looking to be on good lingo with neighbours, as they are upright at making sure the property is ok.
Whether you agree with adjectives of that is erudite, because most landlords do think resembling that - and are very guarded about anything that could hurt their investments (and rightly so).
I believe the suggestion to double your deposit is sensible, and could likely sway a landlords mind. It is absolutely better in the long run than paying lb100 extra a month. The major reason is probably experience, those who rent out properties know that animals cause blight! It is much easier to have a blanket policy than try and numeral out the type of each individual animal...
Indeed, I would be terrifically suprsied if anyone would admit to have a giant dog with a discouraging temperment! If that was adjectives it took, then every would be renting dog-owner would no dount enjoy a relatively small dog, very very well trained, very undisturbed!
Look at how many society are saying you should fib about the dog contained by the first place and see why landlords are naturally suspicious and err towards no dogs!
From the Landlord's point of spectacle, the damage concern is the smallest of the problems. We live in a 'sue happy' time and it would not be unheard of for someone injured by your dog to try to 'sue' the proprietor (owner of the property)!
Even if someone was unsuccessful near the litigation, the landlord would be out thousands of dollars a short time ago defending the suit!
Renting a home in the country might be more of an prospect. Usually landlord's who own property with acreage are more stretch out to allowing pets.
They assume pets are going to cause sprain - cats in reality smell more than dogs. I let my house for 3 years (we be overseas) as we already had a dog and have previously had a cat, I didn't see a problem ( nor near kids) that said we did have every intention of re-doing the house when we come back. In the event it be the last tenant who were dirty and destructive - not anyone's pet!
There doesn't come across any sense to me but unfortunately most landlords freshly won't accept pets. I hope you find somewhere soon where on earth they are welcome!
It's because he would be spending most of his time outside, digging up the courtyard, barking and disturbing neighbors and doing his business that you may or may not hold cleaned up.
I love dogs, but dog owners should be home owners.
Rather than offer to take-home pay more rent, I would say volunteer a double deposit if they are concerned about devastate, offer to clear for carpet cleaning when you move out and stress that your dog is severely well behave and will not damage the garden etc. I own friends with two cats and the tenant even let them put within a cat flap! There are pet loving landlords out there. Good luck.
I find that cats are more of a problem than dogs in actual fact. They often cut into at the carpets and furniture. Can I purely say that commonly, with apartment properties, the landlords lease next to the management company states that no pets are allowed underneath any circumstances. In that case it would not be the proprietor being awkward, but something that have to abide by. Dogs are not really a suitable pet to have surrounded by an apartment. With regard to a rented house, afterwards it is usually at the landlord's discretion, so you may eventually find someone willing to permit to you. Good luck.
