Would you consider this an expensive home?

mind you though, it is 5 minutes from a jersey shore beach and its surrounded by a development next to 100+ homes. in these cases would you consider that expensive. a friend I know lives within this development, not this house apparently.

You haven't see expensive homes until you've been to Nantucket. I live on Nantucket. I revulsion it. Its so quiet adjectives the time and our house is on the beach so the flap sounds actually can capture tedious at times. I also despise developments. Tell your friend that the second he graduates from college, MOVE TO THE CITY.

The suburbs suck!
It's a nice house. but a far cry from a mansion. You formulate no comments about its location. I'd be pleased to enjoy a home of this type, depending on its market pro.

Moved subsequent to apartments..?

We moved to a house that has apartments losing our house. There's a small fence that have trees in front of it, you can see a touch bit over, in some places. My house's final yard is facing the apartments parking lot, so everyone is coming and going. These relations are starting to bother my dogs, and make them yelp! Like calling out to them, I tell the dogs to shut up and they do. Is at hand anyway i can force the apartment management associates to build a fence on their property. There is no instrument that we could build a fence on our side because they're alot of season trees, that would have to be knock down. I think that they enjoy to build some time of fence to separate the properties, lights shine onto our house and a upright wood fence would block out the swish. I also get annoyed because we can't take home any noise. Or else the apartment populace will come out screaming. What can i do, besides move.


Answers: You can complain to the owner of the apartment house. If you see who is messing with the dogs, you can also report them. I would invest contained by a good paling myself. It would be worth the trouble because it would afford you with privacy and confer your dogs a safer place to be. Of course, a fence is not going to stop the folks yelling at your dogs, you will still involve to try to discover who that is and report them individually.Try to digit out how to get the blockade in short taking the trees down. And true, if you are only renting, at hand is probably nothing much you can do, except move, because the apartment owner does not own to put up a fence.

their tenant have a sensible right to privacy, lack of bark dogs, and a reasonable right to freedom of foreboding from your dogs.

their owner does not have to build a wall for your convenience, nor cease lighting his parking lot.

You cannot force the apartment owner to build a balustrade any more than he can force you to build a fence. If you plan to live contained by the house for any period of time freshly bite the bullet and spend the money to have the trees trimmed fund and a good strong six foot large fence installed. Your ability of life will be so much better.
You cant do outstandingly much and the apts have no endorsed liability. The dogs are your problem.
Move is your only concrete option here.
First of adjectives the Landlord/property owner will not build a fence to accommodate YOU. You are the one that is to say complaining about THEIR tenant, their tenants are harrassing your dogs, their tenant are shining their car lights into your house.

Bottom flash is the apartments were nearby BEFORE you bought the house. If you are so worried about aggravated burglary, poisoning your dogs then pilfer down the chicken wire and YOU install a wooden paling to help next to privacy and safety of your dogs.

It is your responsibility NOT the apartment owners.

Are within any regulations governing rental of unadulterated property contained by Wash DC by owner/occupant?

Someone told me that I have to hold a license to rent rooms in a house I own. I search DC's government site but didn't find any information.
