I'd close to to move close at hand a nice Florida shoreline that isn't expensive. Any planning?
I'm a single mother of 2 living in Florida. One of my children have a rare disability, so man within 30 miles of a main city would be ideal so we could enjoy a PCP and our other 8 specialists near. I am currently practical Orlando and it is HORRIBLE! Please help!Answers: Look to the northwest -- along the panhandle (but NOT in the neighbourhood Tallahassee). Panama City, Pensacola, Ft. Walton, Navarre -- The people are nicer (they're in actual fact more like Georgians or Alabamians, so they're in actuality POLITE).
I grew up in South Florida and knowledgeable to loathe it. I used to visit my aunt and uncle who lived surrounded by kissimmee when I was a pubescent and I didn't like that nouns either (and this be in the mid-70s).
I immediately live in Birmingham, Alabama (where I be born), and try to get down to the gulf coast at least possible twice a year. I do NOT miss Florida -- only the coast.
I'm sorry I don't own anything near you contained by Florida but I am a licensed Realtor here on the Texas Gulf Coast and we are one of the MOST AFFORDABLE waterfront areas around. I work about 15 minutes from Corpus Christi, Texas and we hold several top rated hospitals and medical services and some gorgeous beaches! Can you study Home inspection online and get a decent job when you graduate and pass the exam?
Answers: i was doing that for awhile but my state now requires a state exam and 2 million dollars of liability insurance. I could not make enough every month to pay the insurance. Its very competitive out there.
I agree, there are quite a few home inspectors out there and it is tough to make a living doing it. However the established, reputable inspectors seem to be doing just fine.
IMHO, a great home inspector is worth every penny you pay.
How does house repossession work as i am due to get a notice to quit within the next month?
Answers: In England, you usually get a month. Afraid you get no help with housing through the council unless you have kids - and even then it will be B&B for a while unless you are very lucky. If you are on your own and cannot pay the mortgage, start looking for somewhere to rent now. If you do have a family and need council help, do not leave the house until you are actually evicted or they will say you made yourself intentionally homeless.
Your other option is to try and sell your home yourself - at least get a couple of estate agents round to see how much it is worth - it will go for far less at auction! and you might get something out of it. If you do try this, the Judge might give you an extra month or time to sell. Its a horrible position to be in so good luck and hope something works out.
Go and see the Citizens' Advice Bureau as soon as possible and get their advice for free. Have you spoken to the bank from whom you get the mortgage?: perhaps they will reduce the monthly payments to meet what you can afford. Often, they would rather do this than repossess.
