If a person finds job for three weeks then jpb finishes will he loose rent alowance for those weeks?
Answers: Yes ! ! !
probably yes, since this person got paid for these three weeks. If this person qualifies again after the job finishes, it should be reinstated though.
Just like you can't get unemployment benefits for the times you are working (even if just two days on a temping contract), it's only logical.
Check with whoever's responsible for granting the rent allowance but don't count on it for those three weeks.
I read this deeply low article. How repeatedly does this truly surface, I am sure it's not the first armour?
http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/local/h...I can't believe this guy has be tortured by our justice system approaching this, it's not right. The law is not the statute. Common sense should reign supreme in some cases. This guy is paying for the con of either the Title Company or the Lender. Either method it is messed up he and his family are paying for it. Where is Extreme Makeover: Home Edition for associates like this versus what I saw finishing week on the show.
Answers: While this appears to be a very tragic situation, it's also highly rare that it occur. Now and then, within spite of the best efforts of most involved, a overnight case will 'slip through the cracks', and this occurrence seem to be one of those.
Sadly, none of the assorted efforts expended to assist this man seem to have worked. From the legalized situation as it now stands, it appears that this man will not find back the house for which he remunerated. With any sort of luck, however, the legal system will find a course to make him unharmed again, in jargon of money.
From the information provided, it appears that the now defunct title firm is to blame here, since within is no evidence that the funds from one of the man's mortgages was not forwarded by the title firm to foot off his previous mortgage. If the check for those funds have been forwarded and cashed, in that would be a clear bank register of that transaction.
Foreclosure is a long process. Certainly long enough to remedy a situation close to this. There is ALWAYS as paper trail if the reward was in reality made. While it may be the lender's responsibility to record a release, it is also a fool who does not follow up. And for the story, the fact that this guy is an immigrant is totally irrelevant. Lot's of population lose their homes. Their residency status has nought to do with it.
I've be involved in foreclosures both for bank and homeowners for over twenty years. If there be a legitimate grill as to the payment of this loan, it would own been resolved within favor of the homeowner. The title company would have store. The attorneys or escrow company would have documentation. The county recorder would have annals. The homeowner should have a copy of the report. The funds were drawn on some sandbank somewhere and the homeowner should have a register of where the check be drawn. You do NOT need a copy of the front and rear legs of the check. If you know the bank, the sketch number, the date of the check, or in any road at all can identify the check, you should be capable of find out if the check was or be not negotiated.
If, during the foreclosure process, nobody investigated this, I suggest the person's attorney probably should be sued for malpractice, the title company should rate the claim for restitution...there are a plentiful remedies to be had here. It is simply improbable that all the players surrounded by this have beyond doubt no record of the settlement. None.
As for Extreme Makeover, Home Edition and shows like this, what do you expect them to do? It's not their responsibility. It is the homeowner's responsibility to construct sure the transaction is completed. Or at the very tiniest, the homeowner's attorney at closing. If he didnt HAVE an attorney at closing, this is the kind of risk he took. People release a few bucks and assume they know what they are doing, or that they can count on someone else to protect them. Clearly, this is not always the defence.
People lose houses every day. In adjectives kinds of unconsciounable situations. Some next to even more devastating outcomes and consequences. This is a paperwork snafu. Not a case of the homeowner not have the money to pay the mortgage. No smaller number devastating on the personal level of losing a home, but the homeowner have to assume some responsibility here. He is a businessman who has become successful persumably because of his capability to do business. What transaction could possibly be more important than payments on your home? It's not a function of him anyone unable to take home payment because he is otherwise destitute. It's a function of his downfall to do what he should have done to protect himself. There is a difference.
The statute IS the law. This entity has remedies. And small screen shows are not part of that.
EDIT:
For asker:
I'm 25 years doing this. You havent even come CLOSE to seeing crazy nonetheless.
God, poor guy! I know the feeling of losing a home - get kicked out of my parents' house when after the divorce my dad decided it have to be sold (contrary to his prior vow to let mum and the kids stay within until the youngest was 18).
Thing is, EM: Home Edition can't do much for ancestors who don't have a home anymore, they just do it for home-owners. I don't know what was on the show second week - it gets shown much subsequent here in Europe (if we're in a minute on last year's episodes, that's quick) but I do craving there be something to help general public like this guy. It must be hell to lose your house approaching that without any identify, especially after working that hard for it.
Well it conspicuous the first poster dd not read the article correctly. this guy had an unlucky situation happen. When he refinanced they forgot to discharge the mortgage. Is someone digs easier said than done enough, or fight it long enough contained by court they should be able to remedy the situation. I discern bad for this man, but associates get screwed by the system everyday. You see the article of the guy who merely spent 26yrs in prison for a crime he didn't due? it happen
