Rental Eviction?

I have a clan member that rents a house from his boss who owns several , on a chit chat something come up about once his boss tryed to see some one out so he went and took adjectives the doors off the hindges and pulled the removable sashes from the window i have hear it is hard to evict folks and the laws are pretty strickt when it comes to that but is that concept lawful it did nouns like a upright motavator to get someone out and you did not touch in that stuff ?
