Help next to buying from a website - any tips, see further info..?
At some point today an item will be made available for sale on a website - but beside very constrained numbers and a lot of buyers wanting it - is within any way i can better my likelihood of getting one - previous expereince has be that the site slows down and when i refresh the page the item have sold out - do the successfull byuers know something i don't ? im coming into some money soon, would you buy a big house in a outter city suburb (like 4 bed , 2 tub 2 parkin and yard, or a apartment (new) beside like 3 bedS? or would you buy 2 cheaper apartments, rent one out? and live contained by one?Answers: Your second option make more economic sense. I would shift for it.
Hard to say depends on what they look approaching, the
neighborhood that they are, how much upkeep etc.
I would like to own a house though so I would say
