Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

Suspect material estate loan fraud is this legit?

My friend Bob has 10,000 dollars contained by his savings. He have bad credit and is living surrounded by a small apartment. His 10,000 is locked in a compact disc account. His younger brother Ed have a house that he will lose due to the recent forclosures. He has 2 babyish kids. He asked Bob to cosign a home loan for him. It has be several months now. I enjoy reason to believe that the loan officer is doing some unjust stuff. Because this loan officer is trying to con Bob into breaking into his life funds to put a down payment on this house that isn't even going to be his. Bob made it clear from the start, that he will not touch his 10,000 dollars. But now he is one lied to by the loan officer and his brother ed. Giving Bob sad stories almost how ed will end up on the street if he doesn't distribute them the money. My question is. Is this endorsed? Can they force you to take out money on your disc account? How do i shift about reporting this fraudulant physical estate loan officer, that is distinctly out for money.

Answers: Nothing that the loan officer has done is wicked...that is how business is done. You unambiguously don't understand the process.

Loan officer work on commission, and the last I checked that wasn't informal.

All the loan officer did was articulate that a down payment be needed, mentioned how much it needed to be, and said that his friend needed Bob as a co-signer.

The loan officer was freshly making a suggestion of where Bob could capture a down payment...again, to be exact his job.

The loan officer can "talk" adjectives he wants, but ultimately, it is BOB'S CHOICE of what to do...the loan officer cannot force him to sign anything.

If you lose your house contained by foreclosure, you WILL be out on the street if you don't have another place to live.that isn't a fake.that is a certainty.

So I ask you.name ONE THING that the loan officer said that wasn't true or be illegal??

Your friend Bob wants to let his buddy's financial problems be his own and to NOT so-sign for a place i.e. not only his, but he will be EQUALLY responsible for paying the mortgage and solitary share 50% of the ownership.

YOU CANNOT REPORT ANYTHING b/c you are not part of the settlement and it's none of your business.
Bob`s Brother would be out on the street if the home goes into foreclosure.
Bob`s brother will find a alien place to live. Think about this. Why would bobs brother have need of his money? If indeed he could get a latest loan on the home he is about to lose?
Tell bob to hang on to his money in the disc and have his brother look for alternitives/ Hardmoney lender etc.
Tell Bob to achieve a lawyer.
Did Bob truly cosign this deal? If Bob cosigned after Bob is responsible and will have his credit trashed and risks getting sued surrounded by a deficiency perspicacity after the homes gets forclosured if he doesn't compensate for the home.
It sounds like the accord isn't done yet so don't verbs about basically tell Bob not to sign squat. Bob should not co sign a loan for his brother that cant even cough up his own down pmt!
The loan officer isn't committing fraud by asking for cosigners at adjectives. He is just doing what they do best trying to deal in products at all cost not concerned for the welfare of others involved or within clients. loan brokers and realtor's are about as close to snakes as they come. They will hold no regards for what this debt will do to here customers. Do you ever hear about the realtor trying to oblige the guy after he goes into foreclosure for buying route to much house? Nope they sit back and linger then try to grasp the bank address list.
This all said its a limiting he might not be breaking the rules but he sure is trying to reach far into your friends family pockets to sell your buddies brother a home he cant afford.
Bob should not tender his brother one dime. People have to revise to save here own cash for down pmts. The broker is a short time ago another snake oil mart man doing his dirty work. Leave it to the money changers to strike again.
If you apply for loans use bankers they are generally not as shady as mortgage brokers.
This is a con, but not an off the record on. Bob's brother sounds like a trash bag.

Anyway, Bob will never see his $ again and his brother will still be a flake and the house will foreclose.

Bob should maintain his money and stay out of his brothers affairs.

His brother lived someone before, and he will live someone after. He screwed up his existence, there is no idea to screw up Bob's too.

How do we pedal a good-for-nothing, inconsiderate housemate?

We have a houseshare that started out next to 3 people, no complaints. We needed a 4th, which we found 6 months ago. She seem like she would fit contained by well, but that fast changed. Basically, the person she told she be is not at all who she is. She does nil around here, though she pays her rent share on time. After months of trying to speak to her (and even writing a rules list) about anyone considerate and helpful, nought changed. Lately, she has be entertaining every night she is home, beside noisy sleepovers, in need asking if it is cool w/ everyone else. Her friends use the house as if it is theirs; the kitchen, showering, using stuff not theirs or hers! After a trip out of state, she returned asking if her new mate can stay over a few times a week! All of the other housemates are not into sleepovers more once contained by a while. She specifically told us, among other things that turned out false, that she wanted a house short alot of traffic. What do we do? The 3 of us are very sad.

Answers: EVICTION!
Threaten her with another give from another roomate. That's what I did. Tell her that she can be replaced (whether she can or can't) and if she doesn't get better next she can pack her bags. Also, you can right to be heard if you want to not obey by these rules, later you can pick up the majority of the rent.

But if you let her construe that you need her, she will verbs to do it. If you convince her that there is someone else i.e. willing to also be a roomate, next she will simmer down. I guarantee it.
You guys need to reach a deal, have a dialogue.. that is ridicolous!! Discuss your concerns and frustrations, if nil is resolved from this then she wishes to be leave.. You should not own to be unhappy result in she cant follow house rules..

Make a known that she can and will be replaced by someone else...
eviction no different as if she be renting on her own and not following house rules

Where should I move to?

I'm a 26 year old single mom. My son is 2. I currently live contained by Virginia, but I am looking to move somewhere on the East Coast. Maybe North Carolina. I love the country, but I don't want to be far from the city. I don't like huge cities Washington DC. I will rent for a bit while, but I only want to wage $600 a month for rent and eventually I will buy a house, but I'd like to stay contained by the $100K sales price. Are within any website where I can input some information and it'll narrate me the best place to live based on my answers?

Answers: There is a Web site call http://www.findutopia.com/ which allows you research what you're looking for based upon your criteria. You might also consider looking at states minus state income tax: Florida, Texas, Nevada, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Washington, Wyoming and Tennessee. I've lived surrounded by both Florida and Texas. I'd recommend Florida. Best wishes in your transition.
That's the problem beside Hillary running: if she wins, you can't move to Canada because they own the same system of management that Hillary wants here.

Michigan wants people to move here, but that probably wouldn't be a great thought for you. I used to live in Georgia.. I be a kid, but I really liked it.
