22 x 22 apprx in foot
30 x 16 apprx
you get the opinion
A typical bedroom is about 120 to 150 square foot. Your bathroom will take up in the region of 50 to 80 square feet.
That 2100 sq. ft average is channel too high. Here surrounded by Southern California, most older homes field from 900 to 1400 square feet for 2 to 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom.
It's a studio, not a full 1 bedroom apartment. I enjoy a backhouse that I rent. It is just below 600 square feet and is comparatively roomy for the one person who requirements to scale down.
Well, it's be my experience that 450 sf is about as big as 450 sf. :)
A box to be exact 450 sf would measure 21 foot by 21 feet.
The average home contained by the US is around 2300 sf, so the apartment you are looking at is less than 20% of the average home.
Basically, you would be living within a shoebox.
Thats super small. what can i equate it to... hum...
it will be like living contained by very small department.
its not big at all.
15 by 30 foot - basically roughly speaking the size of 2 medium sized rooms
Can Seller put a bet on out of signed purchase agreement?
Signed PA from Oct '07 w/90 day contingency on selling our home. Home sold in time now merchant doesn't want to sell b/c she "might lose her profession in July". She claims that the PA is not valid b/c the closing date say TBD which our agent says that's protocol contained by a contingent offer.Answers: She have to sell you the home as agreed, specific gig. Even another house isn't the same so she can't tweaking her mind.
The purchase agreement is a bona fide contract. Your realtor / broker needs to consent to the owner know this. If you want to force the issue, retaining counsel is an option, but put the pressure on your broker first. Also, the owner may basically decide to trash the pooled out of spite. If you can get your earnest money hindmost, that may be a wiser course of action. Of course, the wholesaler may be blackballed if it's a smaller community.

I know it's going to be different contained by each state but we lately signed a purchase agreement here in south Louisiana and within is a clause toward the end of the agreement which states that if the peddler defaults on the agreement (except for a clause in the order of being competent to deliver a clear title) the Buyer has to right to decare the agreement null and negated with no further emergency, or to demand and sue for any of the following: Termination of the agreement or Specific Performance or Termination of this agreement and an amount equal to 10% of the public sale price as stipulated damages. In addition, the leading party of any litigation shall be awarded attorney's fees and costs. The street trader may also be liable for broker's fees. Oh and obviously you would achieve your good reliance deposit back.
I know this purchase agreement is specific to the agency I used but it is somewhat generic so I'm sure the above information is adjectives. So you may not get the house, but should you dance foward with litigation she will be returning your deposit and possibly paying you 10% of the house price for damages. Oh and attorney's fees. I don't perfectionism what anyone says...it may appear like it's not that big of a accord to some people because it's not close to they caused any legitimate damages.but a lot of mood if envolved in the purchase of a home and plans are made base on the purchase.
Good Luck.
