How much would it cost to fligh and live[[in an apartment]] surrounded by Hollywood, Cali?
This summer I want to move to Hollywood along with my aunt. How much would the together thing cost?Does anyone know any right apartments in the nouns are?? PLEASE HELP
Answers: Hollywood is an old, dirty, branch of Los Angeles that is over run next to prostitutes, drug addicts, and the homeless. It is not the glamorous city that it be in the heyday of the motion picture industry of the 1930's and 40's. Contrary to what you see on those stupid MTV actuality shows, Hollywood is not a place you would want to live. It's actually borderline ghetto.
Housing surrounded by a decent division of Los Angeles will cost in the stock of $1100 -1500 per month for a small one bed room apartment to as much as $3000 per month for a nice 3 bedroom apartment or house. If you want something more "up scale" the price goes route up.
Buy the way. Californians DON'T nickname our state "Cali" We consider that term to be a bit offensive.
The Hollywood nouns is a slum. Prostitutes man the streets at night (and some of them really are men!), you see junkies shooting up at every corner, there's trash living rough, bums under every busstop.
Moreover, it's REALLY expensive. The guy above is right. The cheapest single bedroom apartments turn for $1500+ a month.
