me and my friend want to get an apartment contained by la. we're both only sixteen and we be looking at apartments for about 1100-2000 dollars. we found alot of nice ones. will they rent an apartment to us at sixteen? we will enjoy the money for it.


Answers: Since you are entering into a legal contract, you will any have to be 18 or own an adult co-sign--that is if the hotelier will allow a co-signer for a couple of 16 year olds. To me (having been a innkeeper and the mother of 2-now aged 20 and 23) I would not rent to a 16 yr old below any circumstances...sorry

There is a lockbox on the door for any realtor to bring anyone in at anytime. I own thousands of dollars of inventory, a cash drawer,etc. What are the legally recognized rules on this?
