What are my legitimate remedies when an unfinished/foreclosed house sits subsequent to mine and lowers the efficacy?

We are trying to sell our home and the few lookers we seize are turned off by appearance of the house subsequent door. We try to explain that it is a temporary situation but after 3 years resembling this they are dubious as we are.

In GA, can a creditor frills rental income on pooled owned property when the debtor is not on the lease?

The rental properties are owned by husband and wife and the husband manages the properties and the lease are only within his name. If the wife have a judgment against her lone, can the creditor garnish these rents?


Answers: Ownership is determined by the achievement, not the lease. The creditor will lien the property owned by the wife. If she is on the deed, they hold the right to do that. Additionally, they will also be able to garnishing rents and receipts on the property. Her name not self on the lease is an administrative action, sort of resembling hiring a rental company to handle your property for you. It does not tuning the ownership rights or protect an owner from legal conduct and encumbrances.

Where could i get the skecth plan of lot (property) and know the boundary lines of it?




Answers: your local county clerks office

go or call their division that handles the property taxes etc

they have the prints for all properties and can tell you where the property lines begin and ends
The clerk of court for the county the property is located in should have a department that has the information you're looking for. In small towns, you will have to go to the clerk's office and have a plat pulled. In large cities, the information may be online.
