We rent a parking space from our landlord, our bright car be recently vandalize. Is the landlord or his insurance company liable for these damages since this is a "secured" parking garage?Answers: Not unless it is guaranteed within your agreement.

Working out bills for first house - want rough theory?

Just inevitability a rough idea of how much electricity/gas/water etc would cost?? Just the most important bills. Any info much appreciated as we are trying to get some sort of calculation worked out!
Answers: No one can answer such a question not knowing where on earth you live and house size etc. But if you live in an apt. later double or triple that amount for a half bearing answer.
The owner can get a printout of the utilities for gas and electricity. That would really support.
Maybe he can get a print out for river and sewage, and garbage pick up too.
You may hold deposits for utilities, phone, cable (installation also), etc.

It will vary tremendously base on the size of your home, where you live, the time of year, what type of appliances you enjoy, etc. But I can tell you more or less what we pay for utilities contained by a 2100 sq ft home in a suburb of Dallas, TX next to 2 people living in that.
Electric (We have an Energy Star home, no gas): $150 surrounded by winter and $220 in summer
Water: $65 contained by winter, $85 in summer (we river our lawn more surrounded by summer).
Cable Internet: $50
Dish Network Satellite: $107
Various other upkeep expenses as well.
i would not buy anything for the first 3 months! extras are what supply up and get individuals into trouble. a new towel rack, light, outdoor furniture, window shades... empire go alien house crazy.
