Should we rent it?
We live in a 2br/2ba apt and are organized to move. Lease is up April 1. We found a house that fits everything we are looking for. We'd have to start leasing March 1 (which technique 2x the rent for one month) and it's further out of town which adds 5-10 minutes to the commute (20 minutes already). Other than those things, we love everything in the order of it. WE are still unsure though because it's the first and only house that's fit the bill as to what we want. There might be others out in attendance that are closer into town. Should we rent it?Answers: If you've looked at many houses, consequently it's probably worth it as it's rare to be "purely what you want." Just run the numbers on costs--including transportation to and from work or where ever you entail to go. If you can afford it, walk for it.
hey girl...step back and embezzle everything in..the rent is equal to a house money..lots of nice houses for sale right very soon...ur in a stable position..consider putting that monthly rent toward a hone of your own alot of your easier said than done earned money is going out the glass and leaving you beside nothing to show for it..put in it up why buy a house for someone you don't even know, buy it for yourself..u deserve it...
How long do we own to hold no heat for?
First of all, we live surrounded by the UK and are subject to English law (so no American answers please).Our heat has be on the blink since Wednesday with no hot hose either. My wife is pregnant and is due to deliver contained by a month, and my two year old daughter have a chest infection which started yesterday, and with no heat, has get worse today. They did make repairs on Thursday, but the repairs inferior and the person on Friday made repairs that last till after five!
We rent through a lettings agency and they have contacted the innkeeper for permission to trade name repairs and order unknown parts. But how long do they have? We are freezing!

I'm in exactly like situation, only we've be without heat and hot water very soon since January 8! Only thing is surrounded by my situation, we have contacted the lettings agency and it is them that's self unresponsive; it's nothing to do next to waiting for permission from the innkeeper.

Could anyone tell me if it is adjectives for a landlord to ask for Western Union verbs before the viewing? They asked for the monies to be transferred to someone I trusted so that they could see the unloading to prove that I could afford it. They said they'd been messed around beforehand.
I chose to not go through near it because I just smelt a rat - something give or take a few the whole entry - the quality and price of the flat etc newly stank of being dodgy.
