Do TRUE estate appraisal trainees usually ride shotgun contained by the appraisers coup¨¦?
just wondering if an appraiser let his trainee ride shotgun, or has him or her follow bringing up the rear in their own vehicle. Also, if you are training under an appraiser who works for an appraisal company, do you spend time at the department of the appraiser, or is your trainee business strictly with your appraiser?Answers: I doubt you ride contained by their car, the insurance liability would be pretty elevated.

Every time ( and I literally mean every time) I deal with an appraiser they do tremendously little in lingo of observation and nouns. Their visit is smaller quantity than 10 minutes..and ironically enough...the appeal they give is other the same as at the court house library.even though there may own been significant improvements.
In other words...it appears to me they basically go and look up the helpfulness, and then bill out an outrageous amount of money for doing, as far as I can enlighten...absolutely nought.
