sorry I did ask this before but be not clear enough on my examine I guessI just started a fresh job within the same pen I have be working for years. I have have breaks in that time where on earth I have not worked for resembling 3-4 months at a time. But all within all, I hold been working within the same grazing land making around the same wages for over two years.
Fiance and I found a house we fell within love with and a short time ago have to own. We are about to progress through the process of getting a loan, but I don't know if I can be accepted as a cosigner? The house would involve both us to cosign, he cant afford it on his own.
Also, I have no credit. I do hold a car and insurance contained by my name (paid regularly always) does that count towards me?
So, do I hold a shot at getting approved? Keep in mind I JUST STarted this unusual job!

If you have no adverse credit on your credit report, later you'll be permitted to be a cosigner, but it won't help your situations much - unless your partner have great credit. Car insurance does not count towards credit.

If you've been competent to maintain you income, afterwards you'll be fine. No. You will be beyond broke. Rent alone is usually more than that. Then in that is utilities, food, phone connection for your computer, gas and insurance for you motor...
You're $620 was gone next to the rent. Stay with your parents, try to find some work if you can and amass up your money. Go to trade school or college and revise to do something that will pay you wearing clothes money. Than you can move out and not crash.
