Can you not remortgage? I know you hold to have a clad level of credit, but surely when they are using the house as collateral they would be likely to do it?

This really does not make sense to me... you say you enjoy three properties and have a impossible credit rating but you need 30,000.
Here is a simple route to solve all your dosh problems... Sell two properties and pay adjectives your debts off, and that will solve the adjectives of the problems and also lower your blood pressure.
I think you will also find that you are allowed to spend the children's inheritance.
That's not to difficult to work out really is it?

When you moved out of your apartment, did they charge you for holes within the walls?
My lease doesn't say not to droop pictures, etc. It just say that repair of ANY holes in the wall will be charged to the tenant. I own seen others contained by the community that have LOTS of pictures flaccid, I just wonder how much it will cost me upon moveout to hang down a picture of my neice.Is it worth it? We will probably only live here another 18 months.

Answers: We charge for holes that are larger than regular fastener holes that someone might make to hang up pictures. For instance, some people bolt. We charge for the bolt hole.
Just fix it beforehand you move. You can purchase a small tube/jar of putty at Wal Mart and smear it over the hole. It will only cost you a couple bucks.
