Can I engender an give on a house my agent showed me after our buyer broker agreement expires?

I had an exclusive buyer broker agreement near a realtor for 6 months. It expired and the 30 day extension have passed. Can I now get an offer on a house that he showed me during that time and not income him a commision?

Answers: Generally he is due his commission on the sale, because he did contained by fact spawn it, for 4 months after the expiration of the contract.

But, that aside, you would not pay them anyway. The purveyor pays them. If you skip an agent the sellers agent simply get both commissions, you are not saving the seller anything.
Most broker's agreements state that if you purchase a home that the broker showed you, he/she is entitled to a commission, no matter what time frame it is. The buyer's agreement expiring simply way you are free to work with other brokers very soon.

If you are the buyer, you don't pay the commission anyway, so in that is nothing to be gain by not using your broker.
yes.

i will assume the agent/broker was a jolt.

if not, what do your nouns tell you?
near is the law and nearby is what is right. I do what is right after the
law give me permission but does not mandate.
If they showed you the home, they hold earned their commission.would you want to work for six months and your boss inform you that they are sorry but they are not going to pay you freshly because it will save them money.

Real Estate and workmans comp.?

Can Realtors still work under a broker independantly and avoid paying workers comp. ins.

Answers: In Oregon you can.

I am an independant contractor working for my principal broker. I know a couple Realtors contained by other areas that have set themselves up contained by a corporation to avoid workman's compensation insurance, but it is best to talk beside your principal about how this would work surrounded by your area. If your principal doesn't know, your accountant will.
