Our landlord is varying rental agents, are these grounds for breaking the lease if we choose.Answers: No, you have a written binding agreement near the landlord no business if the property management company is changed.
Of course not unless a chnge to your already signed lease is involved.
Real Estate Commissions?
Which broker pays the best in Bakersfield?Answers: It isn't a business of who pays the best. You can have an awesome commission split, but if you aren't selling, it doesn't situation.
Ask about the total bunch, who pays for what. You can lay out alot of money in desk fees, media hype, signs, letterhead, postage, training, all sorts of monthly fees (MLS, Visual Tour, website fees, etc.).
You also want a brokerage who is strong contained by market share.
