How does this company know how much water my nearest and dearest is using, without seperate hose meters, and nothing surrounded by the letter be said about joie de vivre or trash. My frustration is I never received proper knowledge of this up. How can they charge me for the whole month of Dec tolerate alone at all when I am not within agreeance and didnt sign anything over and beyond my lease? For 5 months this place has be paying these utilities, now I enjoy to pay for them, and they update me this is not a change surrounded by my lease! Is this right?


Answers: My experience as a Land lord for 20 years is the same as the posted above. Good answer.. The landscape lord may lower the rent, and charges mid term, but not angle them without the tenant permission. Not responding, I don't infer is giving permission.
