My wife and I have interviewed a few agents and are at a stalemate.Do we move about with an agent who is really well network? an agent who did the most research and seems to own the best grasp of correct listing price? an agent who didn't do as much research but who provided angelic suggestions for staging and the emotional response the pics and staging would own on a perspective buyer? They all have their strong points. Am I missing something or are networking, pricing/research, and staging the most defining?

I would skip staging all together, explicitly some kid that read a silly book. Emotional response? Oh please, you need to run from this one!

You can make her move, but you enjoy to give her 30 days concentration.

Landlord is right! The house is yours. No one can live there unless you allow them and rate whatever rent you ask for.

While it's true she can be evicted since she have no legal claim to be here, however I believe it is NOT true that the original poster will be getting any dosh for his troubles since there be no agreed upon rate of rent.
Inadequate heat contained by apartment...?
When I moved into my apartment 3 months ago I was told by the landlord(before signing my lease) that the wall heat unit heated the total apartment. Now I know thats not true, the room the wall unit is surrounded by stays warm if I put it on 80 otherwise once in a while kicks on.. the rest of the apartment stays brutally fringed. I hold had to move my bed into the living room(where the heating system is) because my bedroom (if i leave the door open) stays roughly 20 degrees radiator than it is outside. I have a small space kiln I use but I don't want to leave it on while I'm sleeping so I'm not sure what I can do. Is this grounds to be permit out of a lease? or am I stuck with this rime box?Answers: buy an oil full up electric radiator heaters - they are extremely safe and you can walk off them on while you are asleep and gone. They do a very honest job keeping everything heat up. Put plastic over the windows, and I don`t know get an electric blanket. You may want to call someone roughly speaking getting out of the lease and reporting this - attorney general I don`t know?
These don't use a lot of electricity
The wall stove works as wall heaters do. They are not central bake and air. This will not attain you out of the lease.
Try running a fan, it should facilitate circulate the heat.
