Can i own a dog if im on partition 8/housing within san diego california?

and im wondering if i can hold a dog?
or would they not allow that?

I own a townhome beside more or less $75000 within equity. i'd similar to to hold on to the twonhome and purchase a 4 section apartment

or 4 unit condo contained by which i can rent out the 4 units. i may similar to to rent out my townhome and live inexpensively in the 4 section building and rent out the other 3 units. I don't own much or any money to put down to purchase the 4 unit building. can i use the home equity i enjoy in the townhome? how else can i grasp started in purchasing a 4 element building which i can rent out. I don't expect to make much as far as rental income for myself and take to mean most money goes right stern into the mortgage payments for the building itself. i am fine with that. Answers: You can purchase another property as an investment with your current equity position surrounded by your primary residence. Remember one thing; "Equity equals liquidity". The loan that will be taken out on the trial purchase will be considered an Investment Loan. Though nearby is no "live" rental at TM, there are unit for sale at TM and near-by shops. The adverage self about $404psf... so if you do some simple calculation and assume the rental yield to be at 5% and the buyer playing near basic LVT, that will come up to almost $19.10psf at least to off-set primary cost. Naturally, this being the break-even point for land-lords, they will recurrently ask for higher prices unless they get their property early / cheap.

If you are confident surrounded by negotiations, hold real-time market information and you are decipherable with the unharmed rental process. You may wish to occupy an agent who can run through all your requests.
