Try private landlords and prepare to pay first & second months rent and security deposit when you move-rent X's 3. It's not other a deal contract killer but it is a pocket breaker! Try Craigslist. Some landlords advertise no credit checks or doomed to failure credit is ok. Be careful and choosey of your modern place. Don't accept a rat den newly because your credit is bad!

The cost of TRUE estate here in Vancouver is rising by the minute. With the average single relatives home costing $750,000 most people cannot afford to buy here immediately. Imagine what the prices will be like as the 2009 Olympics draw nearer. And after? It will be outrageous.
