Answers: I agree with philip. Stay away from massive apartment complexes. Try private landlords and prepare to pay first & second months rent and security deposit when you move-rent X's 3. It's not other a deal contract killer but it is a pocket breaker! Try Craigslist. Some landlords advertise no credit checks or doomed to failure credit is ok. Be careful and choosey of your modern place. Don't accept a rat den newly because your credit is bad!
