Is it cheaper to rent a condo than it is an apartment?
What is the difference? I found a very attractive 1 bedroom condo for $1300. I am currently paying $1150 for a not so great apartment in a not so great nouns and bldg. What gives?Answers: Condo's and apts are largely one and the same. Generally, condos are apartments that you have purchased. If you are looking at renting a condo, conceivably someone bought that single unit and is looking to rent it, whereas a apartment is a single element among a huge complex that someone owns. If you are dealing with a tenant that only owns one part, you may have more room to negotiate a righteous price. The landlord that owns the entire apt complex is smaller number likely to throw you a bone.
Can Ur proprietor articulate that that ur friends r not permitted surrounded by ur apartment?
i have friends that want to come over and stay the dark, and the landlord wines in the region of it, and he want me to be evicted, even though, i talked to a cop, and he said he can do that, he have no right, but the landlord still haresses me, roughly saing, i'm going to find a way to eveicete u, even if its not ur show disapproval, what do u think i should do, and oh yea, hes a cheap slumlord, and he won't fix s**Answers: realize one point first... you are paying someone the privilege of dwelling in his property. You do not own it.. if you do not resembling that then suffer with it and liberate your money to purchase something you can do with what you want.. inwardly the laws
This would be a hotelier tenant issue not a police issue. Many police will give misinformation when asked tenant tenant questions.
Last year I be renting an apartment and the landlord give me written notice that my Grandchildren who be toddlers could not visit me. I file a complaint with the celebration housing commission and I LOST.
Based on that I am thinking that if you fought it, you would maybe lose. I say-so ignore the innkeeper and live your life or try to gain out of there. If you are underneath lease and want to move it sounds like the manager would be willing to permit you out of your lease. That would be less costly for him than to try to evict you. Ask him and if he say yes be sure that you get that agreement surrounded by writting.
Look up your state tenants rights. He can't a short time ago be making up sh* as he goes. I loathe this.
I'm dealing with my hotelier right now. I work 3rd shift and sleep adjectives day but he still think its okay to stop by and knock during the day. He think he can just come surrounded by anytime he wants since it's his house.
I looked up ohio tenant law and it states that landlords HAVE to give 24 hour awareness before they come over.
I threw that contained by his face in a minute he's all suspicious of us.
Man, a short time ago because we're renting doesn't mean we don't want our privacy. I dislike intensely this! One of these days i'm going to answer the door within a towel and he's going to get so much sh* for barging contained by on us. I hate how landlords come up with just because someone is renting their house that the tenant have no rights. Its outrageous.
A tenant can limit the number of days that you can own guest staying the night, but it isn't merely one. You are entitled to have guest, they only can't stay all the time. He can evict you and he doesn't requirement a reason so if he's axiom he'll find a way, he's newly blowing smoke. He he wanted you out, you'd be gone. If he is a slumlord, perchance you should start looking for a new place to live.
