Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

Has anyone ever have trouble getting a satelite on the rental property where on earth you live, and did you know it is?

suppost to be "our right" to have a dish where on earth we rent. did you ever enforce your rights somewhere? How?

Answers: You do not have any "legal" rights to installing and watching satellite tube on your rental property, if that's what you're asking. The previous poster is wrong, it has nil to do with the satellite company.

This is strictly between you and your proprietor.

Most rental properties do not allow you to modify or harm the building that you're located contained by. Since that is the casing for most renters, they commonly install it in the patio or grass like you're conversation about doing. I doubt your proprietor will have a problem next to that, but I'm sure there is something contained by your lease about satellite installations -- check it out or ask your hotelier.
go onto the Dish trellis site, it should explain the rules, while you have a right to satellite, the problems become installation of the Dish

you can not force the landlord to allow the dish installed on the roof or side of the building etc that will harmed the rental, you can only afterwards place on an area that you own exclusive control over, therefore it usually comes down to the point that hopefully you enjoy a yard where on earth you can install a pole and mount the dish on that
The FCC does have rules allowing renters to install small satellite dishes; however, you innkeeper and local government can still regulate installation.

Call the Federal Communications Commission at (888) CALLFCC (888-225-5322).

EDIT: No, you do not enjoy any right to install a dish on property you are not renting and have no control of. You cannot install contained by a common nouns.

"Effective January 22, 1999, the Commission amended the rule so that it also applies to rental property where the renter have an exclusive use area, such as a veranda or patio."

If your apt. you rent is one and partly wall is out of electricity, is that right root not to pay envelope the rent?

they said they were gona fix it but never did. It is wired up wrong, so if individual next to you dont pay envelope their electric bill when there lights are turned rotten, half your apt. get turned off next to it. is there any recourse to bear thats legal?

Answers: Take a existing good look at your lease agreement. It should state it's the owner/manager's responsibility to hang on to everything maintained and surrounded by working order. If the owner/manager isn't upholding their failure of that agreement, why should you be expected to pay full rent? Would be best to find someone who specializes within real estate decree.
This is one of the funnier ones I have answered. Of course that's not a plea to not pay rent. What would you do if in that were no electrical outlets on that wall to start beside ? You'd use an extension cord or two, and that's what I recommend you do NOW, until maintenance get around to rerouting the wiring as it should be.

In a lands contract, who carry homeowners insurance merchant or buyer.?

i was basically told that they can only put the insurance surrounded by the deed holders pet name. but we will be putting a lot of improvements into the property. how does this cover our investment if the trader holds the deed?

Answers: Usually the Owner (deed holder) buys and pays for the insurance. So the Seller pays for it until the property closes. Are you on the increase the property before it closes? If so, I would parley to an attorney to make sure that you are covered by insurance and to trade name sure that the seller can't final out of the deal.
