My rent is due and my roommate stole the money and ran. My rent is due on the 20th I've be to all charites and no luck. I get 3 kids and no money . what do i do? HELP!! How can I pay my rent?

Answers: discharge the late levy. Find your friend and have them arrested for burglary. Most importantly speak with your hotelier now BEFORE the 20th and permit them know your situation. My be your employer have an emergency fund for force that they may possibly help you next to, try your church (if you are a member).and from here on out WRITE CHECKS and make it out to the tenant, all the rent does not own to come from one source as long as it is paid and its the full amount. Always give a paper trail, near cash you can not do that. Good Luck.
Talk to the manager today and see if you can work something out.
Call the cops on your roommate.
You may end up have to move--if you needed a roommate how will you cover your bills? Discuss that possibility with the innkeeper and/or line someone clothed up.
Good luck.

Has anyone ever hear of lifting a house and moving it to another state.?

I want to move my home to louisiana from texas, is this possible.

Answers: I've never heard of it.
yes it can be done within certin situations.
I have never see it go from one state to another though.
usually surrounded by the same region. Its costly but can be done.
I own heard of buildings one moved from their original location to other property, although it's usually across town, not between states. I would look into companies that do that, and consequently ask them what they think. I would consider it would cost a pretty penny to move a house between two states.

Also, I think that it depends on the condition of the house, I'm sure someone would enjoy to come and see if it's structurally sound adequate to make it.
Most possible. Very costly and all, but.
Here's an article by folks who did it:

A company that does it though surrounded by CA at least it shows it exists:

Anything is possible, if you own sufficient money to throw at it. However, moving a house to a different state would cost SO much that you would need to be nearly as prosperous as Warren Buffett or Bill Gates.

Remember that a house being moved from one location to another (locally) travels roughly two miles per hour, and that overhead wiring must be removed/lifted at respectively point where it get in the bearing.

It would take a fundamentally long time and a huge amount of money to do what you suggest.
I'll let you settle on.

I had a client that moved a 1600 square foot house vertebrae ON HIS OWN PROPERTY by 200 FEET.

Cost? $14,000

A mile has 5, 280 foot in it.

You do the math. Even if you filch HALF that cost you are still talking $182,000 a mile.

Just impossible sweetie.

What if I can't move out after my 30-day thought?

I'm in Los Angeles on a month to month lease and I give notice on the 15th of ultimate month. What if I can't find another place by the 15th of this month? Let's say I can't find another place until the 1st of the following month, what happen? Do I just payment the extra 15 days prorated rent or do I need to make available another 30 day see? Many thanks for your assist.

Answers: You need to speak to you proprietor asap. Let him know you have not found a place however. The problem really is not so much the rent due, but weather or not your landlord have a new tenant in place to move in on the 15th. If this is the armour, you would need to bestow or be held liable for any monetary damages the landlord would suffer by your damp squib to vacate.
If you gave become aware of to move out on the 15th, your notice is impressive for the MONTH of February, not for the 15th of February. You're going to end up paying for the full month of February anyway, since monthly rents do not own to be prorated by a landlord unless he requests to prorate it.

Check with your hotelier as to how he/she approached your notice. My guess is that you will discover you are already responsible for the entire month of February's rents.
Best item is if you can come up with an agreement beside your landlord on extending your stay a short time ago in crust. The landlord will probably not close to this because most landlord prefer steady and stable renters.
The other scenario is that you may want to move all your stuff into a storage and stay next to family and friends until you find another place.
Another suggestion... within case and you may involve to evacuate then place your stuff contained by storage and go online on craigslist.org and turn out for roommate situation until you find another place.
Some roommate situations are cheaper solution to hotel stay and some may be ok with short stay.
Either route eviction is not a happy situation.
