Can I buy a house if I don't hold a duty...but?
I want to buy a house but I don't work I am a full time student but I have fail-safe credit and my husband does have a well-mannered work history but bad credit.. so do you judge anyone would even consider selling to us?Answers: The current housing market is contained by a state a flux. It would be better to wait and use the time to clear up your husband's credit and squirrel away for a downpayment.
A mortgage company will insist that you clear up any derogatories on his credit history before you can gain a mortgage anyway. You might as well work on it very soon. Get a copy of his credit report (AnnualCreditReport.com). Start with the most up-to-date negative and work backwards.
Negotiate settlements. The elder the item, the more likely they will settle for smaller number. Lump sum gets the best deal and any payment plan have to be short term. Get any settlement agreement surrounded by writing and don't give them access to your edge account. You can also ask for delete for expense as part of the agreement -- some will, some won't.
Since you necessarily have no income, your credit rating doesn't business.
This leaves your husband. Work on getting his rating up first. Otherwise, while the two of you might be able to seize a loan for a house, the terms and interest rate won't be exceptionally good.
I honestly wouldn't bother beside the markets right in a minute. Any loan you receive will have such a ridiculous interest rate you'll singular end up worse bad in the bring to a close.
How about looking for a rent to own.
Tenancy ruling..UK?
When you have a habitation agreement for a year, what happens if the tenant dies after of late four months into the agreement? Can the landord ask for payment for money due to the conclude of the agreement period out of the departed estate?
Answers: You do not have to contribute him one days notice! The residence died with the passing of the tenant. His/her dependents are not responsible for one penny of this! Tell him where to shove his residence immediately - the cheek of the man!
What! That's taking his bloody residence agreement to the limit surely! I bet he tell you next how inconsiderate it be for your family contestant to up and die like that, short giving him the appropriate notice. How ridiculous. Is his designation Scrooge?
Is this an emergency continuation issue?
I live in an apartment building and over the weekend my bathroom ceiling started to percolate. It also looked like member of the ceiling was drooping. It would stop for awhile, next it seems close to when the people above appropriate a shower...it starts dripping again.Well, I called the emergency number over the weekend becasue I assume this be an emergency. The maintenance guy newly came and looked at it and said..."Well, this don't look fitting...I'll try to get to this during the week." In the meantime, I own a bucket in front of the drip.
Well, I am unquestionably livid becasue I find out today that my landlord is charging me $100 tax because maintenace came over the weekend for a non-emergency issue. Their definition of emergency is life-threatening emergency. If my life span was threatened, I'm not going to give the name maintenance...I'm going to name 911. Am I being ridiculous? I am to be sure not the type of tenant that calls around every little thing. But I thought this be major.
Answers: YES, to be exact an emergency issue. He'll get to it during the week? NO.. That is ridiculous. You income your rent which entitles you to live in a functioning apartment! If you really required to be harsh, you could report for a rent abatement, especially if you go longer than a few days close to this. Be very thrifty, I had this problem and be bathing my son in the tub when the ceiling collapsed, luckily neither of us be hurt! You could call the Health Department within your town and ask them for advice, which is what I did. You should clearly argue the $100.00 fee, i.e. ridiculous, I'd take it to court if you own to! You should NOT have to live near a bucket in your bathroom, to be exact ridiculous! Technically, if you'll be without a bathroom while they fix it, your innkeeper is responsible to pay for a hotel room for you while it is repaired.
Apologize to the proprietor for trying to prevent your ceiling from collapsing due to gross, life-endangering negligence on the landlord's part.
In the meantime, move.
Had this be leaking since or did it just start over the weekend? If it only just started, then it be definitely an emergency. It could enjoy been a broken hose line and flooded the together place.
However, if the ceiling had hose stains from previous leaks and the ceiling be just looking approaching it was going to nose-dive, it wasn't an emergency situation. An on going leak problem should hold been reported during regular working hours.
