Where can i find cheap rent on the NW side of OKC?
I wanted to know, exact gas is becoming a problem, and i want to know where can i find a 1 bedroom apt for a well brought-up price, where almost everything in attendance is walking distance. I'm sick of driving so far just to procure someplace close, so any help will do.Answers: Amarillo

You must first follow proper procedures as outlined in you local landlord/tenant law. Usually it requires that your rent, with supervision of the courts, be put into an escrow reason until the required repairs are made. If you just stop paying rent...most plausible you would be evicted.
that is portion and parcel to the rental of the apt, have the LL put surrounded by one that works or you do it and deduct it from rents...further, if they don't put it contained by, use up the deposits for rent and move on,, the LL won't pass you the loot back anyway
