How to become a real estate agent/ surrounded by New York?
I cannot seem to find a straight answer on the network. What do I have to do to become a valid estate agent in NY? I realize within is an exam you must take, but do I call for "in-class" hours before I attempt the exam? How much do the classes customarily run? Is the exam difficult? Some input/help from a current agent would be greatly appreciated!

Answers: You have to move about take the course first,take about 3 mths to complete.No,you cannot simply write the exam.You need to revise all the law first for your knowledge to be successful at it.It is a costly course to bear so if you aren't serios about it later don't waste your money.You must remember that the lone money you will get from this occupation is your division of each public sale,living without a steady paycheck isn't straightforward for most.

It was built within 2004. It is a nice brick home that has 3 bed/2 hip bath. It sits on 2.5 lots with a 2 coup¨¦ garage. I believe it is around 1200 sq ft. It is located in a town that the median income is $28,000 to furnish you an idea of location. It sold within 2004 for $130,000. The bank have it now and have it listed for $115,900. It is not surrounded by move in condition presently though. It has to enjoy new runner, every room re-painted, 2 doors replaced, and the tubs are stained black so they would need replaced.
