Can you move about to lock away for departing things at the rear at an apartment?
Me and my boyfriend just moved out of our apartment and we have to leave some things losing because we had no time to go and get it all out. Our ex tenant just call us and said that our security deposit be covering the things we left at the back and cleanup. Note that there be no major damages to the apartment or anything. I cleaned the floors also. So he tell us if we don't pay the final months rent he is going to go to the "judge/magistrate" and put mike contained by jail. Is this possible or is it lately a scare tactic?Answers: Mike will be the first character in the world to progress to jail for departure things behind unless he disappeared cocaine or marijuana. If the landlord requests the last month's rent, he could embezzle you to small claims court if he's truly owed that money. Depending on what you left losing, he may end up getting more money by selling the stuff than charging you for the rent. The answer is nobody is going to sentence to prison in this suitcase but you should settle the matter like greased lightning whether it's pick up your stuff or paying him what he's owed. The answer to that is surrounded by your contract/lease.
There are two different issues here. One is the stuff you left at the rear, and the other is the last months rent that you apparently didn't wage.
As far as the stuff you didn't take next to you, he has every right to use your collateral deposit to haul it away and verbs up after you. That's what it's for and you shouldn't expect any of it back.
If you didn't discharge the last month's rent he can sue you for the remaining stability. If you don't pay next they will garner your wages and ruin your credit.
But you will not be put contained by jail.
depends on what you vanished behind. If it be pets or illegal substances afterwards that would be a reason for the aspca and police to profile charges.
As to just personal possessions.. no but he can desire money judgment within court for cleanup and disposal and after he garnishes your wages and guard accounts you may wish you be in young offenders` institution.
Proof of income?
I just get a new flat and my proprietor needs proof of income. I vanished my last errand after a big argument with my sleazy boss, where on earth i told him to go f*k himself and walk out, so I cant get any assistance from there. I own more than enough money for rent but I dont know how to prove this. I havnt kept my banstatements or my payslips. What should I do?Answers: If you don't own an old recompense stub, go to your edge and get a copy of your explanation balance. You might even know how to print one out from online. This may not be enough. When my husband moved across country so we could catch married, they wouldn't count his 'income' since he didn't have a hot job. He even have enough money within the bank to settle the entire lease. We ended up staying surrounded by a ghetto crap apartment that we could qualify for on my part time while within school income.
If you could find a current job, or if you are on job loss you could use that. Good luck
Usually you need a position in command to rent a flat to prove you can pay for it. If you don't own any pay stubs consequently show your bank chronicles, go to your edge and have them print you up a couple months worth of statements. Next time maintain them for a period of no smaller quantity than 6 months.
I always hold my bank statements you never know when you might call for them along with my pay envelope stubs
The landlord requirements to know that you will be able to pay envelope the rent in the adjectives so without proof of have a job right presently he may not allow you to move into the rental unit. If you complete out the rental application stating that you still had the employment when you honestly did not he may be able to evict you if you enjoy already moved in for lying on the rental application.
How much could we bring back for our mobile home? 14x70 3bed 2 hip bath?
We have a nice 1994 fleetwood (pretty sure that's what its called) mobile home. It have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's in a park so no stop. We are just out growing it. We hold 3 children and very little space. There are minor things that stipulation done and we will do these things before we flog. We got a really moral deal on it because the other owners only just wanted to supply it fast. So we are hoping to generate enough to pay cheque it off and hold a down payment for a bigger home. We enjoy only lived here a moment or two over a year. thanks for the relief.Answers: MH homes in parks, especially single wides, are terrifically tough to get financed. Lenders want a significant percentage down and the interest rates are much superior, making these loans unattractive to buyers.
How much can you catch for it? Is the park desirable and in a nice nouns? If it is in an nouns of nice MHs, that will help. If the neighbors don't hold on to their places up, that is going to hurt the effectiveness. There are MH value sites purely like cars, purely plug in the information, that will impart you a ball park integer.
If you live in a park, righteous luck trying to get it sold..Apparently the park have to agree to your buyer or the buyer will have to move the 'home'
These homes tend to depreciate surrounded by value and you might find that for what you are paying plus lot rent, the home is not particularly attractive to potential buyers.
The reason that the owners required to sell it quick and gave you other was that they realize that they did not have abundant options.
Look over your lot lease and see what the expressions are for sure as the new owners might call for to be approved.
