myself and about 5 or 6 close friends would love to rent a house for a week surrounded by Wildwood Crest. We are all between 18-20 years ancient. i'd just similar to some tips and adivce for renting...how to pick a good trueness, and how much is too much? etc...

You might want to check out an online study course (if available) to stockpile yourself the time you would spend attending a boring class! The truth is that the prelicensing courses and study manuals one and only prepare you with an overview of legitimate estate law, consumer protection ,etc., but do not tutor you any of the skills you will need to be a successful Realtor.
Interview several larger brokerages within your area and inquire into what their up to date agent training consists of. Coldwell Banker, Century 21, and Prudential all do a clad job beside training.
