What should we do for the realtor?
Well my husband and I starting looking for a house in November of 07, immediately we are in Feb. and we are currently waiting to see if our proposition on this house that we like go through. If it doesn't, I am afraid that we are going to have to progress back to an apartment. We enjoy looked at all of the houses surrounded by our price range contained by the neighborhoods that we like, but within is nothing. I focus that we would like to dawdle until my husband is making more money, and we could afford a little more of a house. But our problem is the realtor, she is the nicest woman, and has be a great help, but if we don't buy a house, she doesn't receive paid. We could not afford to tender her what she would have made if we done up buying a house, but we could afford to give her for a moment. We intend on using her to hlep us find a house maybe contained by a couple of more years, but right now, the time purely isn't right. So what would be a good amount to afford her? First of adjectives, you don't pay the realtor, the seller of the house do. and you are under no necessity to buy a house that you look at.
she took the job knowing she be only getting salaried on commission. it's not your fault if the house doesn't get hold of sold and you don't owe her anything.
You don't have to do anything...but if you preference a gift permit to a nice restaurant would be nice.
