Is it true I can buy a home for ONE thousand or smaller number?

I keep seeing a program on TV, where on earth they argue, you can buy a home for less than $1000. It should be foreclosures obviously; but where? is it true or is it basically to hook you?. Anyone?


Answers: If you want to live in it, its call a refrigerator carton.The houses they are talking going on for are a billion to one shot with a lots of cruel business dealings. First you hold to find someone that is losing their home, buy it and inscrutable totally low price and sell it in days to someone at the outlandishly ridiculously high finish off, so you don't incur any banking fees. This is the nice copy, very frozen since it is YOU personally negotiate with the desperate and gullible
Sure you can..and after you can drag it out onto a lake and fish from it right thru the floor...until March - next the ice will be too tapered and your $1000 dream will end up a fish crib at the bottome of the lagoon.

I am in NYC and i enjoy lived here for 24 yrs and i can tell you that nearby are NO HOMES / foreclosure or not for $ 1000!

i think $1000 is a tax that you pay to access a forclosure chronicle in your nouns.

It is at auctions. It is unusual. Plan on spending a bunch of time and/or money to fix it up and maybe promise with code violation on the property.
The programs that talk something like makng millions or taking a lot of dosh away from BUYING a house are usually doing things that basicly involve cheating someone. If the house is worth $40,000 and you are going to get a mortgage (somehow) for $45,000 and preserve $5,000 up front, then the population getting the lein on the house are never going to get that $5,000. Too commonly, the plans involve conning people into selling and taking too little money, consequently conning buyers into paying too much and you keep the difference and the artistic owners of the house are left next to maintenance of the loan.
The money have to come from somewhere.
If it is to be owner occupied, yes you can. Fannie Mae still have 100% loans & the seller can take-home pay your closing costs. There may be bond money available to some buyers if they qualify. In my state we do have bond money available. There are FHA programs available next to seller association that can get you contained by for nothing.

PS I am a mortgage investor & I am tired of the brokers on here giving me the thumbs down when I say consult to a mortgage banker. I will put my numbers against their numbers any year...numbers meaning rate, closing costs, & number of foreclosures my clients hold had. The almighty dollar is not my bottom chain. Mine bottom line is putting a client surrounded by a home he can afford today & in 5 years. Sorry, I basically had to vote it.

I'm a realtor and my husband is a contractor...?

The new homes are call "Gallop Estates" But I can not think of a logo to hold people come surrounded by to see our models+ buy...The stress is too much. Thats why I'm turning to you all... Help please...


Answers: I outstandingly doubt a logo is going to compel people to see your models and buy. Logos brand your product, not supply it.

I like some of the other posters accepted wisdom, especially hiring a graphic artist to assist you.
gallop estates? Maybe a logo that includes a fancy " G " and a Fancy "E" ...

Something that is to say elegant however luxurious to compliment the luxury homes that you sell...

suggest u get/read 'guerilla marketing' for ideas how to return with ur name out lacking much capital investment.
while u do the above , ancestors will come and visit AND ur logo wil offer u a 'lightbulb' smack on ur head :-).

There are suitable ideas mentioned. Contact a symbolic artist. This will cost some money but having a pious identifiable logo is worth it.

Real estate troop slogans?

Two Realtors I work with enjoy formed a team. We involve a good slogan or tagline that isnt so cliche. We have Exceeding Expectations but think its to outdated school . Any concept?


Answers: old arts school, lol, every realtor in the world say that one, so how about "treating you similar to family"; "old mode profesionalism, who cares roughly speaking you the individual"; "we will shop with you till we drop"; "we will hold your mitt till the deal is done"; "we will be near you long after the sale is over" etc. corny lol, but u obtain the idea personalize it. gross it special and most of all DO WHAT YOU PROMISE.
What is the squad name? If I see an additional "Dream Team" or "Elite Team" - I think I'll lose my lunch.
