Renting Real Estate Questions and Answers

How can i find out if my neighbours own or rent their house?

we don't speak and the fence between the properties have fallen down, I'm trying to find out whose paling it is and who has to foot to put a new one up. If it's rented next is it the landlords responsibilty. As you look at the rear of the property its the paling on the right of my house. If it's my fence it's not a problem but i don't want to wages if it's not mine.

Answers: Normally you own the one on the right. Apart from asking them you are not likely to know if they rent or not. Your local council can supply plans that will show you who owns the blockade. They normally cost lb3.
If you're surrounded by the USA, you can look it up in the county lands records department. Often called the recorder of deeds or the organization of the county clerk. If you go in that, let them know the address of the property, and see if at hand is a copy of the deed on wallet. All land files are available for public inspection, so you should be able to determine who owns it next to ease. Finding the owner might prove more difficult if it is a rental property. Sometimes contained by PA, the last page of the achievement will have an address for the owner if it is different than that of the house contained by question.

^ You do want to register, but it is free and you find out lots of information.
Or you could you speak to them about the wall?
The same happened to me, and both houses, mine and theirs be rented, we decided we'd grasp the cheapest quote, and we'd all rate 1/4. ( The 2 landlords, myself and my neighbour. )
This left and right business is a myth! You stipulation to check the deeds if you own the property, if you do, I don't understand why you wouldn't know. The obstruction to the right is mine, as it was within my last property - so i can voice definitively - you need to check!

Marketing Ideas for Real Estate Appraisal Company? 10 pts!?

Background:
My fiancee has a Real Estate Appraisal and Property Management company. I own been within INSIDE sales for masses years in the medical enclosed space.

As a lot of you know, the RE bazaar is crazy slow right now and we want to cart this time to add some untried clients. I have be inside sales for times gone by 7 years, but HE isn't really the 'salesy' type, so I thought I would go out and spread the company signature.

Any good marketing accepted wisdom anyone can share with me to build his business? Gimmicks?? Once we can draw from them to try him out, they'll LOVE his work!

Just need a foot contained by the door!

Thanks in Advance!

Answers: Call local RE office and ask if he can be a speaker at their weekly meeting. Make sure he have a presentation that shows his services and of course, prices. Realtors are other concerned about how speedily the turnaround time is, so there will be question about that.

It's home show season, see if in that are some local events that he can set up a booth and hand out information.

If he doesn't enjoy a website touting his work, have him receive one.

Good luck!

We praise and you raise.
It is greatly slow right now...for seller who want a price like what USED to be remunerated. We are soon going to be entering into a massive buyers market. A devout way to obtain his website out there is through geo-targeted dig out engine marketing. This will only show ad to those searching surrounded by the local areas. Also, there are vertical turn out directories available as well such as th eonce I hold listed below.

But now, here is a chronicle of new fees the lender sent me stating that I owe. Does this formulate sense to you? Any way to verify them?

140.00 process server levy
287.50 partial foreclosure attorney fees
15.00 property inspection fee
391.00 title search out fee
17.00 skip trace charge
290.00 court filing charge
575.00 initial foreclosure attorney fee to initiate the case.

Greatly appreciate your help out!

Answers: Yes, those fees are legit. And if you don't pay them soon, or work out something next to them, they can put your home right back into foreclosure.
Yes, and I'll also give an account you from personal experience.I have see mortgage foreclosure expenses in the THOUSANDS of dollars.

You are awfully lucky you are dealing with an honest lender.

PS: Let me bequeath you a piece of advice. Medical expenses can NEVER be attached to your home...if you own to choose between being homeless and have your family out on the street and paying medical bills.how firm is it to figure out which one to payment first?

You set the hospital up on payment arrangements. Even if you can merely afford $5.00 a month, that is what you discharge.

You were impressively, very foolish to form such a choice.
