Am i on a house creation?
I applied for a loan with my mother to serve her secure the loan. Now i cant remember if i go onto the house deed as ably. I ask bcoz my husband & i are in the process of buying our 1st property & if my 1st homeowners give in has gone to the property beside my mother, he loses out onhis 1st home owners & has to reward $14,000 stamp duty. How do i find out if i am onher deed, as i no longer enjoy contact with her?Answers: The county clerks bureau for the city where your mothers property is located will be competent to answer this for you.
