Can rent be 15.000 a month please read.?
im a disabiled adult. my father put his estate within a special needs trust for me upon his ratification. my landlord charges 30% of your income. so if his home is valued at 50.000 or better. does that close-fisted my rent would be 15.000 a month. thanksAnswers: You would obligation to see exactly what the words say within the rental agreement. You would probably need to reward 30% of the income that your father's estate spins off, not 30% of the total importance, but owning that property might make you inelgible for your rental program.
The utility of the home does not equal income. No, that is not what that manner your rent would be.
How do you find like full details on a specific property(Anot through a real estate company) in general ?
Answers: In our area the tax assessor normally has the correct sq footage and year built but it does not have the correct number of bedrooms and no information about how much it sold for.
The only way around here is thru the owner or thru a Realtor (or appraiser if the property has recently sold).
where?
try your tax assessor. his data is public information in most places.
then you go see it in person, if possible.
you may need to get creative about how you do this and good old cash may be the easy way.
County records.
Real Estate Question?
I have a grill. In my first year of real estate I be working for a Remax franchise for about 7-8 months from Aug-Sept 2006 till march past 2007. In that time I listed 2 houses and sold them. I not here the office becuase of some problems near my manager and I. I be pretty mad and lately left. My superintendent was upset becuase I gone and went to another company. Now I want to get hold of my experience to count for those 7-8 months I was working near full time. The reason is that I involve the experience to apply for my brokers license later this year. I own a contract as proof signed by my manager and I. I own tried sending the form you need to verify your experience for her to sign and approve and she have told the assistant to tell me that she wont sign anything.
Can I do anything? I really want my experiece surrounded by those months to count.
Answers: This is a question for your state's existing estate licensing board. The hours count and she will own to own up to it. Your licensing board will narrate you exactly how you should proceed to meet their requirements.
If you own a contract you could probably use that, you can always call for the DRE at dre.ca.gov and ask what you could do.
Another thing is calling the Broker of that Remax organization.
good lcuk
Call the matured broker. They will have to verify your employment anyway.
