I rented a place in TN - the place have a washer and dryer. the washer leaks adjectives over the place and landlord is in a minute saying washer be not included in the price of the rent. Nothing be said except I was told it have the washer and dryer in it - the object why I rented it. He now refuse to fix/replace the washer and said the place came as is and a washer is my responsibility. any response as to my rights?
Answers: If it is not explicit within the lease, you have a up hillock battle, are you going to try and sue? if the proprietor refuses to fix replace, are you going to clear to have it fix afterwards deduct it from the rent? that may front to court on an eviction, then it would be up to a regard as being to decided
or possibly you can look around in the papers and find an elderly washer for a few bucks, hopefully or maybe some one might own an extra one?
