i want to rent a property. the letting agent wants lb120 to do a credit check. what does it involve? i hold moved house with my parents 3 times within 3 years. will this go discouraging on the credit check because the letting agent said they check for ccjs and the elect roll. what do they actually look for and do they in truth do one?
